Being catered to and treated as if I mattered to their business, like every customer I witnessed was as well, made me appreciate, buy without hesitation and desire to return because of the value added service I received from Watch Station's 5-star staff! Carlos, ASM, Carlos, SM, and the support staff Anna, and Christina were team sellers and focused on the customers and their experience. Each person was given that stellar service and attention that every consumer desires from its retailer's representatives and often doesn't. Not at Watch Station! The $49 customer is not differentiated from the $490 customer. Everyone mattered and were given the boutique, luxe treatment without fail. What elevated my experience most was the thriving, effervescent staff creating this atmosphere. Each person moved with purpose and didn't have tunnel vision with one guest no matter how needy. They were all moving with vigor and purpose as they navigated and assisted each guest. They were zoned strategical in their effectiveness with success. I don't see this much with retailers these days. With great accessory purchases there is a need for charismatic and informative representatives who can speak to the customer's needs and penetrate their apprehension by demonstrating and assuring their choice or an alternative is right for their needs. It's a tightrope walk with finesse that they do with effectiveness. I've listened and watched how they know when to give room to breathe and process and when to approach again. This staff works like a fine ballet. I was inspired to watch them work. Carlos, ASM, summed it up best: "Here we treat you with personable service." The warm welcome, handshakes, attention to need, effective listening, a fast but effective checkout, and the added personal touch of walking the bags around with selections to the guest to thank and invite them back was breathtaking!! Carlos, SM, was the epitome of leadership in how he approached and reproached to engage, learn and instill trust and assist his staff with filling the void between sizing, prep and such with seamless ease. I recommend this Watch Station to everyone. Yes, people still wear watches and for those who do, this place will WOW you! I'll return again and again. I can't express this enough, Go! Experience! The very next morning, while simply setting the time for the first time (odd that they did not offer to do this for me in the store) the crown completely popped out of the watch. This was not the result of misuse, impact, or wear and tear--it happened within hours of purchasing a supposedly new luxury timepiece. A watch that fails on its first day raises serious concerns about quality control. Beyond the obvious inconvenience, a detached crown compromises the watch's water resistance and leaves me questioning what other defects may be lurking inside. When a brand-new watch falls apart less than 24 hours after purchase, confidence in the product is understandably lost. What made the situation even more frustrating was the store's handling of the issue. When I reported the defect immediately, I was told I must have pulled the crown out myself, or damaged it. When I insisted that I do know how to set the time on a watch (who doesn't?) I was assured that the watch would either be replaced or refunded. Based on those assurances, I expected a straightforward resolution. The next day, I was informed that they could not obtain another watch and that they intended to repair it instead. I made it clear that I did not purchase a brand-new watch only to have it sent for repair on its third day of ownership. A repaired watch is not the same as a new watch, especially when the defect appeared immediately after purchase. I requested a refund, which I believe is entirely reasonable under the circumstances. The store refused. The result is that I paid full price for a new limited-edition watch, received a defective product that failed within hours, and was then told my only option was to accept a repair. That is not the level of quality, service, or accountability I would expect from a reputable jewelry store. If a business is unwilling to stand behind a product that fails on day one, customers should think carefully before making a significant purchase here.

I have found that they also have a lot of similar things to Ross and Burlington clothes wise, which is why I really only prefer to look at the shoes when I go to Nordstrom rack. I like that they also have makeup and perfume there so that it is more of a one stop shop. They even have some toys and tons of kids shoes and clothes too.
