If you are curious about plants or interested in purchasing some but also want your dog to join you on your errand run to the gardens, this is the perfect place for you. As someone who doesn't know much about plants, I was overwhelmed with the options and choices available. There are lots of colors and species. I really liked the fairy plants that they offer. They also have classes as well where you can build and plot your own which was cool and something I'll have to check back in the future. MoMo also had a fantastic time exploring the gardens smelling everything and exploring. Lots of pretty photo ops for the doggos.

Tagawa is always nice, and seems to be ever-expanding and with a lot of botanical educational opportunities!

Great tips!

This is a plant lovers paradise. As soon as I walked through the doors I felt calmer. This is a local gem and gardeners who are serious about plants and how to grow them come here. They offer free classes nearly every day and have experts who want to help. We came later in March and were able to find some stunning pansies while the big box stores weren't stocked yet. I know price can be an issue for something like an annual that will die but the superior quality of the plants shines through. They are grown in the perfect conditions and aren't mass produced and sprayed with toxic chemicals. Some pansies last a few weeks, these can last an entire Spring and Summer if cared for and protected from extreme weather. I decided that 2 large pre-planted pots of pansies for $60 would give me over 10 plants to split up. At $6 a pansy that is worth it to me due to their strong stems and beautiful color. Looking forward to coming back closer to Mother's Day when we all know we can finally plant in the ground. Amazing job Tagawa for setting the standard.

Line for Sato pansies event!

Professional handling of a special event and organized even when numbers of people were higher than expected. Great local plant nursery!

Yesterday late morning/early afternoon this wonderful woman helped me fill a couple planting boxes when I had asked if they had marigolds and they were out. She kindly asked what I liked about them and asked if I was open to other options because of what I liked about the marigolds. She proceeded to help me through the store with great knowledge, didn't push any sales and truly it was like shopping with a friend. I really really appreciated it so much I had to make sure to write this review.

Wonderful folks and a great variety of plants. Somewhat pricey but their guarantee and service are worth it.

Rude employees here. The use of future dated coupons are used to bait you back in. I prefer Nic's on Chambers.

It's an extremely fun place to explore. They have a fantastic selection. I think they are over priced on a lot of items.

The price here is also very competitive compare other nurseries in Denver somewhere between 10%-20% cheaper.

Not normally do I review machine rental services lol But I was so blown away by their customer…read moreservice! These are the guys to call for all your trimmer needs. I am in Denver and looking for a company to rent a trimmer and found them online. I called and spoke to Danny. They offered to deliver (for FREE) but I was in the area so I stopped by. Boy am I glad I did! They not only had the trimmer I needed but they had many other ones! He explained to me some of the differences between wet & dry trimmers and took the time to teach me some tricks and tips for each one. I ended up switching from the original one I wanted and chose the T2 Twister Tandem thanks to his recommendation, and it cut our trimming time in more than half! The machine was provided to us looking brand new, it was cleaned and maintained to perfection and worked flawlessly for us. When I called him to thank him and to see when I could drop it off, he insisted on picking it up. I told him that I needed some things I had seen in his showroom (scissors, gloves, dry racks, bags) so it would be better if I went in. He asked me what it was I needed. Emailed me his full catalog. I called back told him the things I wanted and they came with all my stuff and picked up the trimmer. This is what customer service should be like! I will use using them for all our needs and will tell everyone about the great experience we had with them.

During my home renovation, I've been to this Home Depot many times since it's only about a mile…read moreaway. For the most part, the staff has been incredibly helpful, which is why I continue to shop here. Recently, I needed finish nails for a nail gun I had just purchased. On two separate occasions, I asked for help and was recommended the wrong gauge, even after explaining that the initial suggestion was not compatible with my gun. As a result, I ended up making multiple unnecessary trips. When I came in on today to return the nails, Phil at the return desk was professional and helpful from the start. Unfortunately, the assistant manager on duty around 5:20 PM, who I believe was named Tina, handled the situation very poorly. She opened one of the boxes, saw the Styrofoam covering the nails, and immediately said it could not be returned without even checking underneath it. After I asked her to actually look under the Styrofoam, she did, saw the nails were unused, and still refused the return, while oddly saying she would accept the other identical box. That made no sense. What was most disappointing was her response when I explained that I was only returning both boxes because I had been given the wrong recommendation twice by store staff. I had even brought my nail gun with me this time to avoid a third mistake. Her response was, 'It's your job to know your gun better.' That was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and far below the level of customer service I would expect from an assistant manager at Home Depot. Thankfully, Nikki and Ronnie, who I believe is the Customer Experience Manager, completely turned the experience around. Ronnie spent about 10 minutes with me going through different nail sizes and physically checking them with my tool to make sure I left with the correct product this time. Both he and Nikki were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, employees like Ronnie and Nikki are the reason I continue coming to this Home Depot instead of going to Lowe's down the street. If my experience had ended with the assistant manager at the return desk, I likely would not be coming back. It was disappointing to see a cashier and another manager demonstrate a much higher standard of professionalism, care, and customer service than the assistant manager herself. 10/5 starts for Ronnie and Niki 0/5 for (Tina?) and her customer professionalism
