Since then, AG's Regional Manager, Nicole, personally reached out to me, listened to my feedback, addressed the situation with the team, and handled everything with professionalism and respect. As a business owner myself, I know mistakes can happen. What matters most is how a company responds when something goes wrong -- and AG showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and the standard of their brand.
