I browsed through every rack and can tell they clearly aim for the early to late 20's crowd in the size 0-6 category with a few larger sizes sprinkled through. They also carry super cute jewelry and accessories all at a very reasonable price. I instantly followed them on IG when I left in hopes to buy online since I live in New Orleans. That is perfectly fine I was more than willing. Fast forward to December, I am calling and emailing these people insistently! I keep getting the run around, "they'll call me back." I was requesting to know the dollar amount to ship my items to me. Why couldn't someone email me back? I swear I called over 5 times trying to get that information. My fear was they would try and keep my stuff and act like I never attempted to retrieve them. It is now January and as a fed up wife I did what any wife would do, I asked my husband to call. The added bonus to that was my husband is a lawyer. Within an HOUR of having my husband call as my lawyer Vicki was high tailing it to the post office to mail me my things. She told my husband I never paid for the shipping. To which he asked" did you ever tell her the price?." Vicki admitted she did not which made my husband laugh. How am I suppose to pay for shipping when you refused to communicate what the actual price was?' These people are sketchy. The manager told me that they have a 7 day return policy even though I had my receipt and the tags were on the jeans. They would not make an exception. No returns, exchanges or store credit. I cannot imagine how they can stay in business in a world where we all need convenience, free returns and ease of speedy shopping. I found the same jeans at Nordstrom where they were happy to take them back and give me a full refund even though I didn't buy them there and the tags clearly say Kick Pleat. I will never shop at Kick Pleat again. Who needs to?

The dress she originally wanted had loose stitching, so Tori searched all over the store after seeing there were two more in her size in inventory and found the perfect one for her. She was incredibly patient and helpful the entire time, even staying past the end of her shift while my daughter finished deciding on shoes. Tori also checked the back multiple times until my daughter found the perfect pair. We were so grateful for her kindness, patience, and dedication. Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The store was very messy, with clothes on the floor and items misplaced throughout the racks, which made it difficult to find what I was looking for. After about 15-20 minutes of searching, I finally found a cute denim outfit and went to an employee named Melanie to see if they had my size. As Melanie began helping me, the store phone started ringing. At that moment, a manager named Emily walked up to Melanie and told her to answer the phone, even though she was in the middle of assisting me. After Melanie picked it up, Emily then began reprimanding her for answering the call. The interaction was uncomfortable to witness, especially since it happened right in front of customers. Once the situation passed, Melanie continued helping me and mentioned that there was one more outfit in my size somewhere in the store. When I asked where it might be located, she wasn't sure due to how mixed up the racks were and returned to her other tasks. I made another lap around the store trying to find it but eventually gave up. Overall, the disorganization and uncomfortable interaction between staff made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. This was definitely a reminder of why I usually stick with Boot Barn instead.

When I tried to pay they told me the boot costs $175, I went back back to get the boot to show them the price and while I was getting it all the employees kept talking about how I'm crazy thinking I'm going to find a boot that costs $100, it was 3 plus size women. I came with the boot and they said someone probably put a wrong tag on the boot, they were talking with an attitude the whole time I was there. Customer service was terrible, I do not recommend to this place at all.
