I went in to purchase a new glass piece. The price was more than I was given with the original purchase. I asked if the store could honor the original sale price to help out with this issue. I was told no and offered no assistance. Bottom Line, the pieces are overpriced. The employees were less than helpful. They could have had a customer for life but instead now I write out this review. Would give it 0 stars if I could based on their customer service.

Leave alone the Maghai version , even the sweet Paan was so potent with its whatever masala stuffing inside the betel leaf that I spat all three varieties that we ordered . All 3 had no other flavor other than a ghutka like strong gritty fibrous stuffing . We asked the lady at the counter for recommendations and if their Paan was strong and she said it was good and mild and suggested the top 3. Lo & behold we ordered 2 of each ! Given Oak tree road is a bit of a drive for us , we normally order extra Paan from Royal Paan , to enjoy the following day . But doing the same from here was wasted money as even the normal Sweet Paan was nothing close to our liking or even edible. They also sell cigarettes , Hookah and the works , but their namesake Paan was an utter flop for a true Paan fanatic like me.

I have been to several lounges before and am a member of a cigar lounge, this experience does not align with the cigar lounge culture.
