It was a Just-Because-I-Want-It cake disguised as a belated birthday cake (which it was, but I got it because I wanted to try it). I got a 6" cake with taro and milk tea flavors inside and it came with two small cones of ice cream on top (I chose soursop and red bean for those). It is not what I expected. It is almost all ice cream with a very thin whipped cream type "frosting" on the outside - and sprinkles! - that made it look like a normal cake until you cut into it. No layer of actual flour-based cake inside. It's solid ice cream. Since it's perfectly sweet, it worked great! Also excellent for those who may have a wheat allergy (unless you get the cookie flavors) so now I'm considering one for my kid with food allergies (but not to milk). Unfortunately, the salmon was touching just about everything on the plate, so those of us with restrictions couldn't eat most of the meal. Not only was this disappointing, it was also dangerous for people with life threatening food allergies. All in all, it was almost 2 hours for a simple afternoon tea. The lack of regard and respect for people with life threatening allergies is a disgrace. The atmosphere is nice but the service and food were terrible.
