Smelly hands, like an old smelly sponge, so I told her to go wash her hands right when she started to massage my face. Which I did not continue with that. 3. Cloth they use to cover your eyes, smelled funky too. 4. Very very bad "massage". Massaged w/ her knuckles over some of the bones on my feet. Not a good feeling. 5. You pay upfront. So I didn't bother asking to stop, I guess u get what u pay for $80 for 90mins head, arms, feet, lower leg "massage". 6. If the receptionist is the masseuse as well, do not keep your VIBRATING phone by the clients feet. 7. Such a wonderful hidden gem in this area. My masseuse was Susan and she will find the "weak spots" on my body and work her magic to make them feel better! Don't expect to come here and fall asleep for a hour, they know what they are doing and will make sure all the hard muscle/joints got worked on. You wiill feel so much better afterwards. Overall a really nice massage with a few minor downsides. I get massages often and have been doing so since I was in high school so I am a frequent flier. I knew coming in that I wasn't going to the Four Seasons Spa so I didn't expect anything near that type of experience, and given the fact they offered a fair Groupon I felt the price was fair. Positives: my masseuse really worked hard and didn't do just a back rub that inexperienced masseuses do. She went the full 90 mins and was polite. Parking in this area is also very easy. They have a parking lot for the strip mall it's in located right out front, otherwise there is a lot of neighborhood parking close by. The salt scrub may have been my favorite part, it felt amazing when massaged with the stones and I felt that my skin was smoother the next day in the two areas that the scrub was applied. Negatives: my masseuse did not speak any English so making location or pressure requests was not possible. Also given that you keep your underwear on at this location they don't rub your hips like other locations do. I booked a deep tissue but she did not do any stretching, which is usually my favorite part of a deep tissue, nor did she spend any time on my quads, shins, or feet. The hot rocks were a nice touch, but I wish they were warmer because I didn't really feel them at all. Also the massage rooms are not actual rooms, they are divided by thin fabric walls that don't reach the ceiling so I heard other people in the rooms the whole time talking and/or their phones going off so that made it hard to completely drift off to another zone mentally. I would recommend this location given the price and ease of booking, however it's important to know there is a trade off for the price they offer. read more

I walked in because I work close. Extremely sore from a week of hard MMA practices. I have gone here twice now. Lily was my masseuse the first time for one hour. She did such a great deep tissue. Requested her for my second time hour and a half. Somehow out did her first massage. Great place with clean rooms and great massage therapist. read more

Sophia & Michael are AMAZING! I live about 2 hours away and my husband and I agree, we will definitely be back. Facility is nice and clean. Nothing overly fancy, perfect for the services they provide. There is also no mandatory valet like some other shopping centers in the area. Came in around 7 pm on a Tuesday night and was able to get into a room right away. I had Michael and with his knowledge of pressure points , I knew I was going to leave relaxed. My husband had a female (didn't catch her name) whom he noted about 3 times he wanted more pressure from. Without any arguments or us asking, they swapped her out for another woman (Sophia). I found this place completely randomly while working in the area and having a lot of stiffness. I got the massage and scrub with a foot rub and CBD oil. The masseuse, Coco, was very skilled and created a very comfortable atmosphere. I typically choose male masseuses due to the stereotype of them having larger/stronger hands for deep tissue. However, I'm glad I was assigned to Coco. It was an absolute treat and I will be going back in the future! read more

I found a fantastic deal and I'm really glad I went for it! During the couples massage, one therapist provided a deep massage that was amazing, while the other didn't quite meet my expectations. I requested an extra deep focus, especially on my neck, but I wish I had reiterated that more clearly. I primarily came in for neck and shoulder relief, so I was okay with some areas being skipped but she didn't spend enough time on my neck. I'd recommend that they pay closer attention to client requests, as I left still experiencing neck pain. read more

I love it here! This was my first time going to a Massage Spa so I can't really compare it to anything else, but I will say the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the ambiance was so nice. Sophia is so sweet and patiently waited for me to scope out the menu to see what I felt I needed. I did the 90 minute massage that comes with the hot stones and instead of the scrub I asked for the face massage and mask. I feel as though it was totally worth the price! Lilly did an excellent job, the pressure was just right. It wasn't too hard but not super soft, which I really appreciated. For reference I did not ask for a deep tissue massage, just a massage, but she did end up easing out some of the knots in my tense shoulders, which i'm very thankful for. As I'm writing this a day after, I must say I haven't slept this well in such a long time! I really needed a relaxing massage after working so much. I highly recommend this place for that. I'll probably try other massage places but for my first experience at a massage spa, I'd say this place is a 10/10 and I'll definitely be coming back :) read more

Worst experience I've ever had, I showed up to this place, they tell me they tried to text us and tell us to go to a different location. I get to this random new location, they place us in a room right in front of the front desk, so we can hear the people speaking the entire time, not relaxing. Then the lights were on the entire time, my BF gave his lady a 5/10 my lady was 65 years old and absolute SUCKED at her job, she left the room at least 5 times during my massage leaving me a minimum of 5 minutes short on my 60 minute massage. I couldn't warn you enough not to go to this crappy place. I spent way too much money to be this pissed after what should have been a relaxing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

During the massage, I wanted to tell her that I needed more pressure (maybe she wasn't told it was deep tissue?) She did not understand so she went and got another lady. I found this place under their old address in Venice. When I called they informed me that had moved which was not to far and the location was fine. I was able to get a same day appointment for a couples massage. We each got a combination massage of 90 mins. The place was very clean and staff was very friendly. The massage was GREAT! We will definitely be going back. We were also told they will be opening another location in Venice soon. Their prices are very reasonable. The only thing is I wish they would have a since to please speak in a low voice when you walk in. As we were maybe 20 mins into our massage relaxed a customer walked in speaking very loudly and kinda takes away from the relaxation. I could here everything she was requesting. I had one of the best massages here as a walk in. I'm always cold so having a heated bed to lay on was heaven. I like a lot of pressure and trigger points because I work as a bartender and get tight easily. Lily did my massage and put tons of care and work into really getting in there. I love that they offer facial massages, cupping, scrubs, hot rocks and even ear wax removal. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. I will be coming back, and I will request Lily ! read more

It was so tranquil and the heated tables were a must becuase of the weather. the therapists we had were very thorough and really listened to our bodies we left feeling renewed. From out of town visiting for a few days and had horrible neck and shoulder pain- I got the 20 minute chair massage and a 30 minute foot massage- $50 dollars (cash pay discount) and I am very happy. The only negative is I think they over book. I was a walk-in and two appointments came in after me and got pushed out but it didn't seem to be a long wait and with it for me. Just finished up with a hot stone - deep tissue - massage + scrub. The pressure was great. The masseuse was great with communicating on pressure. This was a quick and easy local spot from home. I don't know if the 90 minutes cost would be worth it. The scrub, I do not think was worth it all at all unfortunately, they just scrubbed my back, no legs or arms. The hot stones was good. I always like a nice hot warm towel as well. If you wanna authentic Korean scrub, I recommend that you go to a Korean spa for that. But overall I would give it a 6 out of 10. I can not recommend this place. The lady walked in and out 5 times during my massage. The massage itself was bad, the hot stone was just placed on my back and the body scrub was a joke. The first session I got was great because the therapist did very detailed work on my back. The rest of the body wasn't that well taken care of -- arms, feet and quads were ignored. I decided to go back because I mostly need work on my back but the second time it wasn't the same kind of work. To have paid both times for 90 minutes and receive a very different experience (plus other parts of the body not addressed with a good massage), I wouldn't give this place a try for a third time. I guess the quality of the massage depends on the mood of the therapist -- and both times it felt that the therapist wasn't in a good one. I consider a great massage not only the therapeutic touch but the energy the therapist gives off so that's the reason of the three stars for this place. Both aspects weren't great. read more
