I went through the reservation system Dena has, which is convenient but intentionally left the additional information about the house sitting blank because I didn't really know the exact information she needed. I anticipated the follow up because I would be a new client and subsequent meet n greets with our pup would be what I thought were apart of the process. Well, she emails me that I didn't complete the additional information and to give her a call. I had a gap in my schedule to call... so I called and her tone is not friendly, she does not answer on behalf of the business so I awkwardly share that I am following up on her email to discuss my service but because I need this done in March she tells me it's faraway so she will call me tomorrow....I'm perplexed with why you would have me call you to just tell me that you'll discuss tomorrow...she reluctantly says OK we can talk about it now. And another comment about how she didn't think I would call so soon. I am not feeling the interaction and let her know to disregard my request because I don't want to proceed with her...and what do you know...she hangs up on me. Minutes later I receive a text that she was on another call and didn't mean to upset me. Uhm, ok? So why answer my call...and just hanging up on me, why not share that you have a call on another line?? Super unprofessional.

At the end of the two six week sessions he had mastered all of the basic skills, plus the classes gave him the opportunity to socialize with the other pups which is so critical at that age. To say she "knows her stuff" is an understatement. She is not only a great trainer, she understands behaviors - and she knows how to teach dog's parents how to train. we also booked her for a couple private sessions which were reasonably priced and helped us plan for Freddie's future development. The dogs are taken hiking and playing in the snow off leash. Our Maggie was returned to us happy and exhausted. We were so pleased that she could be off enjoying herself instead of being stuck in the car while we had fun. Alissa is sweet, caring and obviously loves dogs. Maggie couldn't wait to go with her. We'll definitely be contacting Bailey's Pet Sitting again!

Maybe it's a lack of cleaning and sanitizing between dogs, I'm not sure, but I was extremely disappointed at the outcome so we will not be going back. Otherwise they do a pretty good job.

He is a larger dog and absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed, fought like crazy when I first brought him in almost a year ago, and to complicate things further he also has aggression towards other dogs. Heidi completely understood his fear and has been the most patient, kind, understanding, and calm person to help him get over his fear I have ever met. He now sits relatively quiet when she does his nails, she has been such a wonderful, calming presence to help my guy get over his fears. I love how they genuinely care about the needs of the pets. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
