After listening to me, she agreed that Oscar needed to be seen quickly. I couldn't bring him that afternoon because of work so I got the first appointment after work which was just 2 days. I knew he would make it that far. I brought him in and the care was for both of us. After the vet checked him, she agreed that it was time. He had a mass in the tummy area. I knew it was time when he didn't fight getting in the carrier and was quiet on the ride unlike 6 weeks ago when I had to move him to the new place. Since I had given shots to cats before I told them they didn't have to take him out of the room to give the shot to relax him so the IV could be placed. I was able to talk and pet him until he was relaxed. After taking him out to do that, he was brought back in wrapped in a soft towel so I could hold him. I was giving all the time I needed. The price was very reasonable. They didn't mind me using Pet Passages for the cremation and he could stay there until they picked him up that evening. Plenty of parking and evening hours make it convenient. Since I adopted a 17 year old cat, I will be using here for my vet.

I love the entire staff. After years of trying to help my girl Nosey Rosey, we all made the difficult discission to have her Euthanized. You would have thought this was Dr. Schoenherr's pet with all the patience, love, and Gentle words she said. It was such a beautiful release of Nosey Rosey's spirit, I can only wish my time would be the same. Dr. Schoenherr sat next to me and fed Rosey some chocolate to eat on her way to her long forever sleep. Dr. Schoenherr told me that everyone should leave with a sweet taste in their mouth. I have had family members come here and have the same feelings. So, if you want the best care for your pet through good and bad times D'Andmo Vet is the place you should be. They get down on your level, find out what's really going on, and then work with your family to find a good solution together. My dog suffered horrible allergies, and we nearly lost him, but they found the answers and a treatment. With care, he has lived a mostly normal life. My cat has a heart condition and was witheringly underweight. They've worked with him, taught us to administer his hydration at home because he doesn't travel well, and worked to increase his weight so they can safely continue his life-sustaining care. They caretake all our animals now, and we would not have it any other way.

I did seek compensation, but we agreed on 6 month of flea and tick meds. So and the trio flea and tick meds they prescribed had warning about seizures. My dog has seizures. He was being treated for seizures . I am still getting calls about filing this med that can cause seizures in my dog who has seizures .... I had mentioned my pup maybe having allergies and I got a big no. Now going to my new vet my dog was diagnosed with allergies and even had a bacterial skin infection from allergies not being treated. (Mad) New vet cleaned my dogs teeth today and found that Sheehy left some roots from when they removed some teeth and missed 2 teeth that didn't grow that were below his gums that can cause cysts. I am giving 2 stars because Dr Brad is a very nice man, but one of the things he tried to do for my dogs seizures the other Dr never heard of and it didn't work :(

When I tried mentioning it to the nurse that did intake she immediately brushed it off and mentioned the doctor will be in shortly. We get to the end of a very very basic exam, checking teeth, heart, weight, eyes tells she she's in good health and we go upfront to pay. They hit me with a $50 fee for the exam which I clarified about the deal and they just didn't care. I pulled up their OWN website and read them the deal and they still didn't care. I told the girls at the front desk that I felt this was a bait and switch and extremely dishonest, and they smiled at me and said "restrictions apply" and that "we know it's confusing we've asked corporate to change that" so that tells me I'm not the first person this has happened to. Dr. Gill comes back and recommends a set of X-rays, and a full blood workup ($$). I agree, but ask the vet tech to run the x-ray first to rule out the obvious and hen run the blood. She says sure, no problem. Then comes back 10 minutes later and tells me it'll be 30 minutes before the blood tests are done. I confirm, yes they drew and the Dr "thought it best to run both". OK, first strike. So I go sit in my car waiting the allotted time with my sick puppy. I get a call about 25 minutes later, asking if I plan to come back in for the results. I said, I'm in the parking lot. Kind of rude, so second strike. Then the Dr goes over his results, and tells me that next options are a barium test $$, Ultrasound $$$, or exploratory surgery $$$$. Before I decide, I ask her why she ordered the blood work before we had a chance to review the X-rays. She then lies to my face, and tells me she "came out to talk to me, but I was gone." Third and final strike. No way they're touching my puppy! So I pay, and ask for a copy of my records and mention my disappointment to the woman at the counter. I simply state I'll pay, but I need a copy of my records for the next vet in case of an emergency and I won't be coming back because of what just happened. Another tech comes up and asks what's wrong; she tells her "oh, he's mad we ran the blood without asking him"! I offer, no, I'm just disappointed. She doubles down, oh he's just mad". How rude, I wasn't mad - but I sure am now. Please, do yourself and your fur baby a solid. Go anywhere but here. They don't care about pets, they care about money. And lack even simple, common, human decency. And to top it off, maybe they could spend a little more time cleaning the rooms between patients.

A compassionate team that is very helpful with the scheduling on the phone. Never rushed me through anything. Dr. Mitchell arrived within the scheduled time frame, and was absolutely wonderful. Explains every step of the procedure and allows questions. Our baby was at home, in her favorite place to be - our back yard - listening to the birds and enjoying the sunshine. Dr, Mitchell also allowed us to see the diabolical cancerous tumor, under baby's tongue, after the procedure. This solidified that we did what was right by kitty, and not allowing her to suffer any further. No cold tables and blank walls for your pet's final breath.
