When opening at home I see the sandwich was poorly assembled. Looks like a 10 year old made it. Bread was not substantial to hold the contents. A pile of bacon but the ratio to the lettuce and tomatoes was very poor. Didn't want a bacon sandwich. Chicken wings did not provide the ranch dressing or celery sticks in order. We visited Tailgators last night ordered draft beer which was flat. Ordered onion rings these were not even cooked and potatoe skins that came out cold. The manager was too concerned with the channels on the TV's, he did come over to our table to check on our complaint. His approach was very rude, not professional at all. He did reimburse us for the food and flat draft beer but we paid for our bottle beer. We will not go here again and will spread the word regarding the rudeness of the manager & horrible food. read more

Boy was I disappointed. I'm a snowbird and last year I ate at tailgaters many times. One of my favorite places. This time I got the artichoke/spinach appetizer and it was bad. My friend ate it but it was watery and weak. I told the server and he said that they keep cold and then I assumed that they microwave it. The tater tots were gooshy Again, maybe frozen or just thawed and I took home my sandwich and threw it out later. So, that's my last trip there. read more

Way better service this time. Our waitress was very attentive and it was a very busy day. She didn't skip a beat even though the restaurant was packed with people watching the final four basketball game. Our appetizers came out quick and was cooked perfect. There were no leftovers. Our pizza came out about 10 minutes later and again was cooked to perfection. My only negative of today's experience was with the hostesses. Every time we come they care more about talking to each other than greeting people and saying hello. When that's your primary aspect of your job you should be great at it. read more

Food was absolutely terrible, onion rings and burgers were way over cooked the bar seemed fun but would absolutely not come for any food.

This rating would be 0 if that was a choice. I ordered 3 fish and chips (2 with slaw and one fish and fries) to be delivered. We received 2 orders with fries and no coleslaw but lots of tartar sauce. After eating I called to tell them of the situation and they offered to have the coleslaw delivered along with a third order. We had already waited an hour for our meal (which was expected as we were told it would be that long) so I declined that and was then asked to hold while another option might be offered after which I was disconnected. Side salad came with quite a few toppings. Black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and white cheese. Very tasty. Also ordered the calzone. Ordered with sausage, mushroom, onion and Canadian bacon. Food has always been good. My biggest problem with this place is it smells like a sewer especially in the women's bathroom & near the Kitchen. Brought up many times & they don't care. All they need to do is clean their drains. It's very toxic for us to breath. Does damage to the oxygen system of our bodies and can cause organ damage etc. People that work there are in big trouble! Came in for trivia Tuesday, a very big night for them & at the beginning of the night no toilet paper in the one stall that was operational. The waitress I told was very put out that she had to find the tp. Gave less than and half roll. Next time I went later in evening that paper was gone. Told our waitress also total attitude and didn't tell anyone to go out more in there. Just went about her business collecting her tabs. Pretty sure there isn't a manager to oversee this bar/restaurant. They also overserve their guests. read more

What happened? We've been loyal since 2013, now you make salad with dirt all over the lettuce, burnt potato skins, wrong food. Double charges you never refund, say you'll give credit after 3td wrong order, and we never have a credit. Management does not seem to care that the quality of the food is degrading rapidly and the staff is rude, sure they are, they hear managements awful tone. Since the managers won't do anything maybe corporate will. Fix yourselves, I don't want free anything, just reliability like you used to be. read more

Our waitress Jada was absolutely terrible. Every time she brought something to the table she'd slam it down real loudly. Our food that was supposed to be hot was delivered cold and our salad was warm. I understand if she had a bunch of tables but she only had two. I would've said something to a manager but there was no one to be found on the way out. The place is just like all of the other Tailgaters....an absolute mess.
