Let me start this out by saying that I am a former server and my wife is a former bartender. I always and I mean always tip over 20% unless it's truly bad service. I have been to this location a ton and it's normally average at best. Today April 4, 2026, was a spectacular train wreck. In all fairness it was busy tonight so I will weigh that a bit in the favor of the tailgaters. So we arrived and sat at a table. I was there for 20 minutes without anyone coming to greet. Eventually we waived down a waitress named Mikayla who took my order. Nothing fancy, a large Modelo, wings and a sandwich. Fast forward 30 minutes. Never got water, large Modelo still never showed up and food is no where to be seen. I waiver her down and ask about the Modelo that is now over 40 minutes. She says she will get it. 15 minutes pass and eventually some other girl shows up with a large Dos Equis. I tell her it was supposed to be a Modelo and then I tell her to just throw it away and take it off my bill. It's now been literally forever and some other girl who isn't even our waitress comes and asks what we ordered. I tell her again my order and then tell her to just make it to go. Eventually I got my mediocre wings and chicken parm sandwich to go. In defense of the restaurant, the manager did give me a $25 gift certificate (I wanted to leave it on the table but my wife said it was rude). What am I supposed to do with the gift card? Come in and order my food again just for them to not bring it and when they do it'll be wrong. I'm not going back. read more

I got here around 7:45pm and as always you stand around looking like a moron for 10 minutes until a busser seats you. Anyways they refused to give me a booth lol. Such a fun Sports Bar! We visit from San Diego and try to stop by every time we're in town. Great atmosphere, tons of tvs, good service, great specials and drink specials. The food is super affordable and above average bar food. Highly recommend the shrimp basket, the cobb salad and any of the pizzas. Dom is a great server. Adam is super cool too! We ordered: - Supreme Pizza - 14' White Pizza - 14' BBQ Chicken Pizza - Bone In Wings (20) MEDIUM SAUCE with ranch - Breaded Zucchini Basket Our order was ready at the front booth when we came in, in a hot bag and we were able to pick it up as soon as a server came over to help us. The pizza tasted decent. My favorite was the White Pizza. I could really taste the garlic. It had a good flavor to it. We heard they had really good pizza here. I think I prefer Barro's pizza to this. I prefer the toppings on their Barro's Special to this Supreme Pizza. The crust on the pizza here is softer and limper when I pick up a slice. read more

I've never quite had a meal like this a chicken Parm sandwich Stromboli style. It was incredibly tasty, and a unique mix of the sandwich and breading. My least favorite kind of french fries are breaded fries but they were plentiful and overall everything was great. read more

We stopped in for a quick cocktail and an appetizer. None of us have ever been there and we were hoping it was a dive, but it's not. This would be the place to watch allll the sports. So many TV's. My friend and I had Tito's and soda, our husbands had draft beer. Quit possibly the best onion rings I've ever had. Huge, super crunchy and the onion didn't pull out when you bit into it. The sliced bratwurst mixed with fried cheese curds were outstanding. Even our vegetarian friend at the brats. They were really thinly sliced and sort of crunchy. Mouthwatering! We will be back for a meal. They have prime rib! read more

After dinner in the area, I stopped by Tailgater and Il Primo for a drink on a Thursday evening. Located in a busy shopping center that they share with EOS Fitness and several other businesses, you may have to circle around a bit but you'll find a spot. Service (3/5): We sat at the bar and were greeted after a while. I'm not sure if they have a drink menu. If they do, it wasn't provided to us. The bartender checked in with us once or twice but we had to wrangle her when we were ready to close out. Average service. There were a decent amount of people there but they weren't close to capacity by any means. Ambiance (3/5): Pretty much your typical sports bar. Lots of TVs. Plenty of seating. Both at the bar and at tables and booths. Pretty much what I expected. Food (N/A): I had dinner prior so no food on this visit. Drinks (3.5/5): I went with a rum and Coke and the bartender asked me what liquor I wanted. I went with Bacardi. I don't love it when bars do this because it incentivizes you to pick a more expensive liquor, and as a result, have a larger tab. I also don't know whether or not they have a drink menu so I can't comment on the full extent of their offerings. I did see that they have a good amount of beers on tap which is nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices at Tailgaters and Il Primo. For a Bacardi and Coke, the price was reasonable. If you're looking for a spot to watch the game in a casual environment, it's not a bad choice. read more

We typically go to the location in Surprise, but after a day of OHV riding we decided to stop and check out this location. First thought was parking was a breeze even with our truck and trailer. While we did have to park a little farther out it was a short walk to the door. I loved how much larger and bright this one is. There was a sign letting us know we could sit anywhere. We were greeted as well upon entry. Our server came over pretty quick, took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu . We ordered a medium pizza, hot wings and a garden salad. All of our food came out pretty fast and was great. Our server lagged a little bit after our food was dropped off and we didn't see much of her. Food was sub par, very disappointing. False advertising, descriptions were off, and for some reason they didn't have a food menu. Free seating, so it took them very long to get to me. Service was also bad as well, i only ordered wings and 8 inch pizza but it took them an whole HOUR to get my food. Had a great experience at Tailgaters Il Primo and a big part of that was our server Mikala. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was taken care of from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out quickly, and they checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. I've been here a couple of times; it's a sports bar/restaurant. Usually I get a burger, but on this last visit I ordered the Southwest Mac & Cheese and added chicken to it. It also came with garlic bread. At $12.99 for the mac and cheese alone, and another $4.29 for the chicken, it is pricey, but let me tell you, it was AMAZING, and I don't use that word lightly. I've had worse tasting mac and cheese at fancier restaurants. There were jalapenos in the mix, which gives it that southwest "flair", a couple different cheeses, and the ample sized chicken pieces. They used penne pasta, not the traditional macaroni, which I rather enjoyed, as the noodles seemed to hold onto the cheese better. The portion size was perfect for me; I didn't even finish the whole thing! (Leftovers are yummy.) The garlic bread was tasty, but average. Rounding out my meal was a happy hour margarita for $4.25. The pizza ordered fresh in the restaurant is amazing! Recently their wings are getting tiny and expensive. Plus they only serve a couple tiny celery pieces. Most restaurants serve carrots and celery with a lot on the plate and the wings are much bigger for around the same price. Otherwise, we do enjoy the menu variety and the layout of the restaurant. read more

Stopped in to watch football and get a bite to eat... had a Calzone that was pretty good. You can't go wrong to watch your favorite team play, they've got so many TV's you never have an obstructed view, no matter where you sit. I ordered over $100 worth of food online from this place and it was a disasterrrrr. It took an hour or more to arrive and when it did, it was cold and I was missing items. The food was so bad it wasnt even edible. I called to tell them about the missing items, and they said we could come back but that defeats the point of delivery. If you know you know. They also said the manager had just left but that I could get a full refund. So I called back the next day when they would be in and they said they had to look into it since the online delivery is a third party service and that they would call back, they never did. When we called back againnnn they said come get a gift card. Obviously I didn't bc I will never be back based on this experience, despite how diverse their menu is. read more

We visited on a Friday late afternoon. We were immediately seated. Several in our group of 6 ordered the Friday all you can eat Fish Special. I ordered a Patty Melt with fries. Our order can out as expected, my friends enjoyed their 2 pieces of fish, Cole slaw, & fries. My Patty Melt was cooked as ordered. But the meat, the hamburger, only covered about 2/3 of the pieces of rye bread it was served on. The sandwich was good, but the meat either needed to be bigger or the rye bread smaller. me and my mom thought it would be fun to have some pizza here. service was completely fine, free seating was amazing. we only ordered a 12 inch pizza and some beer, and guess how long it took.. 2 AND A HALF HOURS. we were about to get up and leave but a pizza came shortly after, pizza was alright but it was so over cooked and they put to much sauce. it tasted microwaved and i almost thought that i was eating microplastics because it was just so bad. we also ordered olives on are pizza but once we got it after waiting for 2 AND A HALF HOURS, we saw that there was no olives at all. we called the manager over since we saw him walking, but he completely ignored us when he was literally looking right at us.. this wasnt really that bothering but after we were done eating, our drinks were no where to be found after we had only ordered lemonade and sprite, we ignored this since we were already packing up to leave. when we got the check we were still charged for the drinks we didnt even get, my mom had a problem with this and we told the manager we werent going to pay for the drinks since we didnt even get them, he refused to let us leave without paying for the drinks and threatened to call the authorities on us if we continued to refuse to pay for it, we didnt want to cause more of a scene so i just payed the 10 extra dollars for the drinks we didnt even get. before we left the manager said that we werent welcome back here and if we were to come back he would call the police, he seemed very passive aggressive towards all his customers and i dont see how this place even has any 5 star reviews, all those accounts must be paid or bots cause this was horrible customer service! i also hated the Ambiance and scenery, the place smelt like a sewer and it hasn't been cleaned since last year. there were lots of kids screaming and just running around. a word of advice for anyone who wants a good time and some pizza, NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FACED WITH THINGS YOU DIDNT GET BUT HAVE TO PAY FOR AND RUDE STAFF. 1 STAR read more
