The quality and customer service was top notch. I highly recommend Suliman for alterations. My daughter needed her prom dress altered to add straps and create a back panel to cover her back (school rules). He was able to use fabric from the underneath layer of the dress to create both so it looked like it was made to be that way. There were many details about the panel and the fabrication of the straps that made it high quality. The panel has a flap on the bottom that tucked into the waistline so it didn't show skin. He reinforced the straps with heavier duty material inside to make them more sturdy. Suliman is the best! He is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service as well as the end product! I called him on Monday to have a new linen suit fitted. He gave me an appointment for the next morning at 10:30. I arrived and he took time to have me try it on and measure as well as giving his recommendations on what to adjust. He even went the extra mile to recommend colors for accessories that would complement the suit color. I told him I needed it done within a week and he said that would be ok. Suliman is a miracle worker. I am so happy to have found an expert tailor in my hometown. I am extra petite and often have needs to reduce the size of my clothing. I purchased a high end, mid-length puffy winter coat meant for negative temperatures for an upcoming work trip. Thus, it's a multi-layered coat, filled with down feathers that I needed to down size while still maintaining a tailored, fitted look. I called a few difference locations that I found on Yelp, but Suliman was the friendliest over the phone so I decided to go with him and I'm so happy that I did! The whole experience was very professional, from the moment I called on the phone to coming in for the alterations. He said he would have the dress ready by the next day but after I came in with my toddler and he saw how busy I would be trying to pick it up the next day he said he could have it done in a few hours if that works better.
