He was actually just in my neighborhood looking for a different address, but in the process of helping him find his way, I mentioned how frustrated I was with my brand-new, noisy garage door. While the job was by far the least costly during the refurbishment, and also the lowest bid I received from garage door installation companies, it was essential for security and functionality. The installation wasn't seamless due to some manufacturer quality-control issues, but Joe was on top of the problem and had the components replaced by the manufacturer. Throughout the process, he diligently oversaw all installations. Even at the end, when I was willing to accept the flawed panel (a high bar, as I can be pretty demanding), Joe wanted it perfect. Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it.
