After a great grooming. Thanks team.

I've been coming here with my Cocker for over a year and really feel like they do a GREAT job. I get comments like " he looks like a show dog " as I walk him after in my neighborhood. Rigo, Patty, Oso, and Abby always treat him as if he is one of their own, and it shows because he's always happy to go the groomers and be lead away for his treatment. Grooming is a difficult job. Dealing with the temperaments of all the animals, and their owners can make it even more difficult. They all take great pride in their work, and it shows. I have nothing but great respect for all of them.

Great service. The staff was kind and polite. The salon was clean and offered some really cute options for sale.

Every time I bring my dog here I have to bring him right back cause he still smells... It's like they don't wash him properly. I pay an extra $20 for vip and it still takes 3 hours for him to get groomed and he still smells. This time they cut him really bad... Will not be recommending or going here anymore.

    No beard!!!!

Brought my schnauzer in for grooming. Not the first time there. I requested a Traditional schnauzer cut. Karen called to confirm the cut. When I picked up my dog I noticed they had shaved off your beard!! The number one trademark of a schnauzer is the whiskers and beard. When I called to express my concern Karen was very kind and recommended me to a hotline number for the brother and sister team of ownership. I left two messages and never received any call back. Karen had mentioned to me that they had four other schnauzers in that day so I'm sure they know what a schnauzer cut is. This was just a mistake not returning a call shows how little they care about customer service. I was going to ask for a partial credit towards the next spa day for my dog. Now I need to find another groomer

I am always nervous to take my baby to a new groomer but I've never had a bad experience as far as a groomer mistreating my dog until today. I just picked up my dog and not only is the groom terrible (she's a poodle mix and they completely shaved her body and left her head ungroomed without even blending it), she is bleeding on her face and she yelps every time we touch her. I asked twice how she behaved during her groom and if anything happened and they said no both times and then when I called to ask about why she's bleeding they said that she bit the brush. I just warned them that she doesn't like her face or paws touched and they should be careful. I just can't believe that they didn't let me know and they sent her home with blood on her face. I also don't know how she's bleeding on the top of her face from biting a brush or why her body hurts from biting a brush. I've never had such a horrible experience at a groomer and I don't know what to even do other than to write a review

From furry monster to the next bachelor! Service was great. I was able to call to make an appointment at very little notice, and pick up my little guy during my lunch break from work. Definitely going back!

Cut a hole right by her eye that got infected

NEVER GO TO THEM. I REPEAT, NEVER. I took my dog to get her groomed, a week later I noticed a very big scab in the tear ducts in her eye that was about an inch big. I took her to the vet to be examined and the vet told me that the groomer cut a large hole in her tear duct that caused very big and painful infection result in a lot of injections of antibiotics, pills, ointments, HEAD CONE, and my dog is in a lot of pain, suffering and sadness. Please do yourself a favor and never go to them. No dog deserves this happening to them. This hurt both me, my dog and my pocket.

Great staff. Always take care of my baby. He's an American Bully so some places won't even take him in but they never fail us!

Not very good. The groomers are rude. Not good work. Not worth the price they charge.

When we arrived it was a dirty old shed with a 'makeshift' cage out of what appeared to be old lockers or something. The man was fine-initially- but the whole situation gave bad vibes. We left the dogs, big mistake. 5-10 minutes later he called us that our puppy was aggressive. While still on the call he was YELLING at our 14 month old Shih tzu. Side note: He weighs 14 lbs. He's around children and the public all day. He comes to work with us... He is not aggressive. We said we would be right back and drove right back. Upon arrival he was cutting our other dog. He was asked to stop but kept cutting. He was asked again to stop but kept ignoring my husband. Since returning home, our dog has not stopped crying and rubbing his behind. He is obviously in pain. From our interactions we believe him to be very rough with the animals. We are now contacting our vet. He was a very dismissive older man with a disgusting 'shop' and no patience for animals. He said he's semi-retired. He should probably go ahead and finish. We weren't looking for a deal, he was actually more than expensive than our regular place. We just wanted someone good with the dogs which was why we left them after initially arriving... Never again.

Four days after her grooming appointment (Dec 26), she became painful when her neck was touched. When I removed her collar, the underside of her neck was raw, irritated, scabbed, and bleeding. Her collar was filthy, foul-smelling, and full of buildup. Putting a dirty collar back onto a freshly groomed senior dog--and saying nothing to the owner--is not okay. The groomers were told at drop-off that she already had scabs under her arms and across her chest. Those areas were soaked and improved, but no one mentioned the condition of her neck, which should have been obvious during grooming. I am a veterinarian, and I have since had to medically treat this injury. This could have been addressed much earlier with basic care and communication. What is most troubling is the lack of follow-up. I attempted to contact this business by phone call, text, and email and received no response. I am sharing this so other pet owners--especially those with senior dogs or pets with skin issues--are aware. Communication, hygiene, and transparency matter. I will not be returning.

Visit Date: May 3, 2025 - Around 10:30 AM…read more This was one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I've had as a dog owner. On the morning of May 3rd, I took my 1-year-old puppy to the vet for his routine annual checkup. The vet said everything looked great and recommended I take him to a groomer soon to have the hair in his ears trimmed. That same day, I decided to take him--along with my two other dogs a place I had used twice before and previously liked. But this visit went completely wrong. Later that day, I received a call simply letting me know the dogs were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that my 11-year-old dog had suffered a deep cut on her leg. The staff told me at pickup and said they had already arranged everything with an emergency vet, She was bleeding on the way, and the wound required three stitches. However, they only told me about the deep cut. We later discovered she also had a second, smaller cut near her elbow, which was never mentioned and only noticed the following day at home.(No follow up call to check on the dog was made from their end) As for my 1-year-old puppy--not a single injury was reported to me. After getting home, I discovered he had two superficial cuts on his skin, a cut on his ear, and the most serious injury--a razor burn on his testicles. None of this was brought to my attention at pickup the staff didn't even notice the injuries, which is extremely concerning. I had to take him to my vet for treatment and pay all costs out of pocket. Despite all of this, we were charged in full for the grooming, prompted to leave a tip, and even billed a "convenience fee"--with no explanation as to what that fee was for. Accidents can happen, but transparency, accountability, and attention to detail are non-negotiable when caring for pets. This experience showed a complete lack of awareness and communication. I will not be returning, and I urge other pet owners to be extremely cautious before bringing their pets here All the photos are attached.
