A few hours later I get an email stating I left these two items in my cart. I call Orvis, no answer. I email them. Hours later get a response your order is good, sorry. I get an email confirming the order at that time. Next day I receive an email that one item is not in stock but they will send the other item. I request the order cancelled and my gift card restored and my original credit card refunded. I request this three times with their customer service (the name customer service with Orvis is a lie, no service) but they want help me. Don't shop at Orvis as this is the 2nd time with Orvis this has happed in the last couple of years. No more Orvis, period.
