2nd chance not great last time there was one brush not working and wash was marginal. This time half the wash was non functioning they should not have been open until it was working. No refund offered or management present paid the upcharge for the top wash not happy!!! read more

The brushes as a whole have not worked for las6months. I'm suppose to have wheel dressing-don't get that. The blower on right side is bent which doesn't blow water off windshield. Never see supervision around to address issues. I've complained and nothing changes. read more

This car wash first came to town as "Clearwater Car Wash", and it was THE BEST!! Key word: "WAS", as in "past tense", "used to be, but no longer is". Since it was sold to Take 5 quality went downhill FAST!! For one, Clearwater USED TO pre-spray the front, sides and back of the car, as well as the windows with soapy jet-spray water. This helped produce a good cleaning job. In the summer months they USED TO use a bug spray to get the big guts off. The new owner, Take 5, doesn't do any of that. To add to this lack of quality wash, one of the big rotating side brushes didn't work; it just sat there motionless instead of cleaning the side of the car. Lastly, Clearwater USED TO use a drying agent to help bead the water and dry the car. Take 5 doesn't do this, so the dryer is ineffective at drying the car. Water spots are left on the car and windows. The current owner, Take 5, has no idea how to properly run a car wash business. Quality is crap!! It's no wonder there was hardly a wait like before. People are wisely going elsewhere to get their car washed. I do NOT recommend this car wash AT ALL. I only hope they bring back the good processes that made Clearwater a great car wash. read more

I firmly believe the reason they call themselves Take 5 is because in order to get your vehicle clean, you need to pass it through five times. After using their service my vehicle was just as dirty as it was before I passed through their wash. This is what $22 will get you. Please stay far away, unless you're looking to get ripped off. read more

Worst carwash since they took over.... Did not clean, used cheap cleaning products. Very expensive doesn't clean at all. We had to run through it twice and the car still wasn't clean. Gave up. Will never go again. read more

They use card only unless you are a "member" which I will never be as the car cleaning stinks. They don't prewash the car like clear water did. They don't explain what the didn't washes are and yes the washes have change price wise with less cleaning done. Lots of water spots left with the sides of the car not cleaned completely. Worst customer service! This place is a joke. When take 5 took over they ruined it. I canceled my membership 2 months ago and they are still charging me for the membership. Workers were incompetent and poorly trained, and quality of the wash was poor. Starting out the worker asked "do you want the 5, 10, 15, or 20 dollar wash?" We asked him what is included in each wash, and he couldn't describe what the differences were. Just that the pricier ones are "better"? There are zero signs describing the packages so we were relying on them to know what they're offering. We had to wait until right before going in for the car wash to pay which was weird, and the other worker asked if we wanted to pay more for a "better wash," to which she also couldn't describe more detail about it, just 'better.' The car wash was very underwhelming, every brush in the process just did the same thing and was made from abrasive rubber -- no wonder people report scratches. Usually you can smell the cleanness of a car wash during/after the process but we didn't smell anything, it's like getting washed with just water. We had water stains, the windshield and grill of the car were still covered in bugs and smudges. Never going back and warning others NOT to go. The rain does a better job!! read more
