Almost immediately when I started my trip, my battery and brake lights came on. It turns out they cracked my radiator while replacing the coolant, and it was leaking all over the inside of my car. I had to replace my radiator and alternator, and all in it cost me more than $1500. The worst part? They wouldn't even refund me for the full cost of my service, only the coolant replacement. Alan is nice enough, but I can't recommend the service at all.

Alert on dash that oil needed to be changed was not reset, was not vacuumed. I'm so thankful I didn't have the tires rotated!!! I have been going to this particular location for 15 years.
