Quick and efficient even without an appointment. Never even got out of my car. Just needed the oil change but they offer other fluid changes, windshield wiper replacement and air filter change. The synthetic oil is more expensive than standard oil but apparently it is recommended for newer cars and does last longer. A quick stop on vacation that didn't disrupt our plans. Good job!

My poor daughter was scammed here into thinking that she needed to pay extra to verify what we already knew (it was the alternator) We decided to take the car to a different shop because we couldn't count on the integrity of the individuals who work here. Additionally when we went to pick up the car and pay their unreasonable fee, nobody there could run the computer system and give us the keys back. We had to wait until someone who understood the operating system showed up, so that they could charge us and give us the keys to take it to another location.

Almost immediately when I started my trip, my battery and brake lights came on. It turns out they cracked my radiator while replacing the coolant, and it was leaking all over the inside of my car. I had to replace my radiator and alternator, and all in it cost me more than $1500. The worst part? They wouldn't even refund me for the full cost of my service, only the coolant replacement.
