I am about to leave for a trip so I wanted to be on top of things. I thought I was due for an oil change but come to find out I wasn't quite yet. Jeff and his team could have easily played off of my lack of knowledge in this department but instead they were good human beings and were honest with me. You don't find this kind of honesty nowadays and especially when it comes to oil changes, etc. I will FOREVER come here as long as Jeff is running the show.

It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I can't recommend a business that promises one thing and then delivers the exact opposite.

We took it to the dealer who diagnosed a bad catalytic converter. These parts are VERY expensive so we brought the car to this shop for a second opinion. The Meineke repairman ran a diagnostic and received the same catalytic converter error code but thought 100k miles was too soon for it to fail. They tested some other items and found the actual problem was an oxygen sensor. This saved us over $1,000! This team has earned my trust and we will be back as our cars need repair.

Just the diagnostics and Tstat plus coolant was gonna be $900 . I'll make sure they get news coverage for their overpriced services. Hope they go out of business ! Not everyone is a millionaire.
