The shop was very efficient. As with all speedy oil change places, you have to provide all kinds of info..Name, Address, Phone, etc. Employees were friendly and it didn't take long. We are grateful for that because we have a long drive facing us. My only issue was that they didn't reset the maintenance message on the dash. I had to pull over and look up how to do that online. that made the experience annoying.

The last 2 times I have been there, they staff made it very uncomfortable. They messed with my politcal magnets on my car and tried to berate me for my views. This last time was the end of my relationship with Pit stop. They were ranting and cursing about politics. They questioned me as to why I was wearing a mask. It was my last visit and I will be telling many people not to use your service. Good Luck in the future and maybe get some anger management.

After my last trip to Lubbock I went to my old location and they also checked my radiator fluids and showed me the results. Said the levels were fine and no action was needed any time soon.
