It's like finding the perfect nail salon or hairdresser. A girl just needs a good mechanic. What I like is that they don't blow smoke up your butt. They tell you how much it's gonna be and that is what you're gonna pay. They did an excellent job on my oil change and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The two men who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful and they didn't try to rob me blind because I'm a female. My car sounds and is driving as good as new. Just what I like.

They did a courtesy cabin air filter check which it was dirty so I went ahead and change them after they were done. I asked them if they could help me, learn about my car on how to read an oil stick how to change or add windshield wiper fluid and they were happily willing to show me my car and how it works. I could not be any more impressed. They have got a new customer loyal customer if I keep getting this kind of service, especially at this location.

However, he didn't push the other issues he just focused on the issue I came in for because I didn't have the extra money to fix the rest. The guys here are on their feet. To the owner, you've got the right people. The manager here is a little rough around the edges when he talked to me, but the mechanic who was on duty at the time called me Ma'am, and explained a lot of things about my car so I'll understand. An update from my original review. The bolts on the oil pan I had these people put on were not…read moreproperly torque down. As a result, the gasket between the pan and engine did not properly seal leading to it leaking. The parts had no issues with them and the installation failed. A gasket failure could only be fixed by taking the pan back off and because I was not in the area I had to get it fixed elsewhere. After learning why it failed I made several attempts to contact McCrary's and let several voice mails explaining the situation but none of my calls have been answered nor have I been called back. I would not take my vehicle here even if it broke down in front of their shop as they cannot preform something as simple as torquing the bolts down properly to is sure the part stays in place. These people can't preform basic installation steps and will avoid you if you try to get your money back after they fail the job.
