Jose walks up to our car window without a mask, while inside we are masked waiting for him to mask up so we can roll the window down. He just stares. I asked him to please put on his mask. He said, "sorry ma'am", and continued to stare. My husband asks him through the sun roof to put a mask on so I can roll the window down. He just smirks and continues to stare at me. We tried to get the attention of the other 2 guys that usually give us wonderful service, but they were focused on what they were doing. One of them had a mask on. I would NEVER go here again. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of one is because my oil did get changed properly. However, the place is run by children. The assistant manager who was on duty when I was there could not have been older than 20, and all other employees working were definitely high school-aged boys. My car has over 150,000 miles on it, so I'm used to people attempting to upgrade me to high mileage oil. I strictly said no, conventional is fine. They pretended to find a leak in my oil pan after that to get me to upgrade again, shouting "major leak oil pan and rear main seal!" with each boy echoing the other like they were calling "fire!" Now, I don't know anything about cars. Clearly, they could tell. My father though, has worked in the car industry my whole life. So I called him. I ended up getting the conventional oil and my dad agreed to look at my car later that night, since I was actually already meeting him for dinner afterwards. When he did crawl under my vehicle, he confirmed that they were lying to try to get me to spend more money. "Your rear main seal is dry as a bone. I don't think it has EVER leaked." What a deceitful company! Had I not had my father's knowledgeable input, my $40 oil change would have been at least $75 PLUS I would have brought my car to the shop for major (unnecessary!) repairs! read more

The only knock I have on this place is they aren't open later. Great service, friendly staff, no pressure sales. The last time I was there they were out of snacks for kids and my 8 year old daughter was complaining she was "hangry". The manager offered me a few dollars cash out of his wallet for me to buy her a snack when we were done. It was a super nice gesture on his part but I declined. I didn't know they were supposed to have kid snacks to begin with! This is a really fast place to go get your oil change done, you'll certainly be good to go in less than 10 minutes, but if you are looking for quality and you really care about your car, I wouldn't recommend you to go to this place, I'm trying to tell my friends and family not to go there, because they have inexperienced employees trying to work as fast as possible and this does not allow them to be careful, they broke my oil filter cap and the worst thing is that they didn't take responsibility for it. So here I am with a brand new clean oil, but with a dirty filter and in top of that I'm gonna have to get a new cap for $75 and install it by myself. read more

By far the worst service I've experienced at any business. I went to get in line and they literally went to every vehicle but mine and spoke to the customers. They walked around my vehicle to get to the other vehicles and offered them water, they even had two employees go to the same vehicle twice behind mine. We stopped in to get my son's oil changed in a car he bought 18 months ago. You guessed it. First oil change since then. I had insisted for obvious reasons. Pulled in on a Monday afternoon, no other cars. The guy was soooo friendly. Did not once mention the state of the oil! Point for that! Looked at both filters, didn't have either in stock but they were in fine shape so great. Looked at windshield wipers, good shape. No upsell, points! I had a coupon the honored but son needed to more liters of oil than coupon honored but whose fault was that? Hint? My son's! Everyone was so friendly and efficient and fast! They even put air in my son's tires free of charge! I am so embarrassed as my son is 24 and a cop (I KNOW!). He's so busy so on his days off I have to take him to do things he forgets to do. Stopped by here for a state inspection as my regular place said their system was down. I was greeted instantly, offered a cold water and a chair in the shade. The inspection took about 10 minutes which was a nice change from my past experiences at other places. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. No nonsense, just quick and easy. Came in on a Saturday, when all other places are normally booked! This place was near by, new and no wait! The staff was super friendly and had the BEST customer service! I was immediately greeted upon arrival, and given a cold water bottle! Which was great because it was a really hot afternoon! The manager AJ was amazing as well! The best part was, I didnt have to get out of my car! They had perfect communication and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it! Really Really REALLY like this place. The taker for me is the drive thru service they provide. Seriously. You stay in your vehicle the entire time! With the exception of inspections. Such a plus because I really did not want to take my children out of the car I pulled in about 6:20 and they had no problem being the upmost helpful. The workers were super nice and they give out bottles of water while you wait. They use fans to keep you cool as well. My whole service took 15mins at most. I read reviews on yelp before coming and someone mentioned they were able to go next door to Starbucks while they waited for their car. I got a 2 year nearly brand new car to inspect, there is a long line behind me , and insurance is ready. When testing the front rain wiper , the staff said left one has to replace because of something is not very profect(I understand what he said , but I don't understand why) ,and he said state smog check regulation said this point is not okie. he then just let me replace it , I ask do I have to replace it ,to get my inspection pass, and the more experienced staff start to involve to mean just custom only need to pass inspection. Anyways ， avoiding strict answer after certain asking, the handy guy just said I pass inspection no need to replace rain shield wiper, that is after I said pls reply my question by Yes or no . He literally just plan to scam me to pay a new rain wiper or just leave me alone to wait while he goes to the cars in line. Entire time handy man said things not very strict answer,and that was very stupid I know it he tried to let me replace rain wiper when there is a long line, even I agree to replace there is even no time for them to do . Generally , I feel really bad about the inspection cuz my car was touched rudely by a not trustful and tricky thought person . Every time my husband and I pull up it's the same young gentleman with dreads ( I think his name is AJ) that helps us out. He's very knowledgeable and thoughtful.
