We are a VETERAN family and I have been told several times that it's noted in our account. My 16 y/o was recommended the most expensive option and told he needed several additions to his service. He was quoted well over $100 for a Corolla. I called and spoke to someone and asked for the least expensive oil change and thats it. I was told that he would need his veterans ID. I told the gentleman that all of us meaning, three other cars bring our cars there and if I did not have the ID it's always been noted in the account. He said that was not sufficient and did not offer or mention the additional coupons that I found online after my son left. Fine, I understand that anyone can come in and say they are a veteran. But as I stated, I have been told several times that it's been noted in the account. Most reputable businesses will offer the coupon that they have and this also was not offered. This location just lost four cars. I am aware that in the grand scheme of things for cars means nothing to this business. Sign me up!" I pull in and they guide me into the spot where my service will begin and I instantly felt like they were trying to hustle me instead of help me. I was okay with the upselling, IF they took care of my original need before stacking on things to get what they wanted out of me. I felt unsure and uneasy through the entire process.
