I don't typically leave one-star reviews, but I'm very disappointed with my experience. I had an oil change done here, and right after leaving, I noticed part of my oil pan shield hanging underneath my vehicle. It looks like the shield wasn't properly secured and that some bolts or fasteners were not reinstalled. This should have been thoroughly inspected. Writing this review due to wanting them to improve not bash the shop. I've met the owner and he seems to be a solid dude. So this review is not to knock the shop but hopefully fix an issue. I've been coming here for an about a year now and this is the second time I've had to turn around and come back due to oil leaking out onto my garage floor. The techs that worked on my vehicle were Allen and Caleb. When I returned this morning the tech that fixed the issue was General he said that they left oil in the pan and a bad clean up job it leaked out but my oil was holding. I don't know if that happens but whatever it is should not happen if we're ensuring quality work. read more

From first pulling in and being kindly greeted with cold water bottles, all the way to the end on being flagged out, top quality service! A company and staff that goes above and beyond what I have been fully accustomed to in the past. As a first-time customer at Take 5, I'm disappointed to say it will also be my last visit. What should have been a quick oil change and air filter replacement before a trip turned into a frustrating hour-long ordeal when I was told they needed to vacuum rather than drain my oil due to a new "liability policy," adding 20 minutes to my wait time. The air filter situation was even worse. First they didn't have my filter, then they did, then they couldn't remove the housing, then someone else figured it out - only to tell me they actually didn't have the filter after all. They ended up reinstalling my visibly dirty filter despite marking it as "clean" on my paperwork. Speaking of paperwork, several services were marked as completed that weren't accurate: drain plug inspection and gasket replacement (which couldn't have happened since they vacuumed the oil instead of using the drain plug), air filter cleaning, and windshield cleaning. None of these happened as described. When I replaced the filter myself later, I discovered a broken tab on the filter housing and a misaligned hose clamp. While I can't prove they broke the tab, when I called about it, they admitted this type of damage should have been documented on my service record - which it wasn't. I appreciate that they were able to take accountability and fix it promptly. Great customer service on their part. It is open 7 days a wk so it's good when you need a last minute oil change for long trip like I did. The place was clean and staff were friendly. It's just the price is much higher than other places. I know they include other services in it like check coolant, filter, clean your windshield and check your tires. But I just needed oil change and have to pay $120s for it. I won't had gone there had it not been an emergency and will not come again if it's not urgent. They were very honest and told me the oil in my car still looked very clean and I wouldn't need a change for another 2500-3000 miles. They still topped off my windshield wiper fluid & even scanned my car because my check engine light was on. And charged me nothing. Emmanuel and his crew at this location offer amazing customer service. They showed me how clean the oil dip stick was even after 4k miles of driving since the previous oil change. They gave me the option of changing the oil but let me know it wasn't necessary for this visit. They also took the time to show me a problem with oil leaking from the pvc valve causing a leak into the manifold air box. Integrity is something that has gotten lost in a lot of businesses, but not @ this place of business. I recommend bringing your vehicles here for oil changing needs.
