I normally have my vehicles serviced at the Livermore location, which has always provided great service, so I already had high expectations. I'm happy to say that the Elk Grove team exceeded them. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and focused on providing excellent customer service. Roman took the time to walk me through the fleet account program and helped get me set up with my company's account, which allows me to receive a 10% discount on services. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything. He didn't rush through the process and genuinely seemed to care about helping me get the best value available. What really stood out was the attention to detail from the entire team. They didn't just perform a basic oil change and send me on my way. They thoroughly checked my vehicle, including inspecting my tire tread and making sure all of my tires were properly inflated. It's reassuring to see technicians who take the extra time to look after the overall condition of your vehicle rather than focusing on only the service you came in for. Jerome was equally impressive. He carefully checked the oil system, inspected the drain plug, and verified that there were no leaks before completing the service. So i previously lived in Roseville/rocklin I thought their original name was AutoLube but not to sure maybe under new ownership or different franchise location. I came in first thing 7 am and I am very satisfied with the offer on hot coffee and water I felt very welcomed already pulling up early! I am very aware and knowledgeable of what my car might need maintenance due to past experiences and past job experiences so I came only looking for an OIL CHANGE but since I knew my car had high mileage I knew that I needed an extra HEAVY DUTY CLEANING. Overall I really do appreciate the service of a full fluid check and walk around check of my vehicle so it could run very efficiently on the road. The value of it for some of the services does seem overpriced such as coolant or transmission fluid flushing but I have not been serviced for that yet. But I will say that ever since my oil change my car with high miles runs like a new car once again! My grand total came out to $140! Not bad for high mileage oil, engine protection from excess sludge and buildup, and engine cleaner! Very satisfied with the speedy service and the time almost every team member spent, not only helping each other out on other bays but getting me out of their with in the next 20 minutes. Definitely recommend and will come back again for my next service due date! read more

Extremely poor service with serious consequences. I would not even give them one star. They take no accountability for any of their actions. After an oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and air filter service, my vehicle began experiencing multiple critical issues. Parts of the engine were moved or left improperly installed, causing airflow disruption. The oil used was what their system recommended, but I later learned it is completely inappropriate for my engine and up to three times worse than the required specification. This resulted in low oil pressure warnings. After the transmission fluid replacement, my transmission went into emergency mode. I paid $250 for diagnostics at another shop, which confirmed that these issues directly followed and were caused by the services performed here. Despite this, management refused to take responsibility unless I provided additional written documentation from another shop explicitly stating fault, even after diagnostics already identified the problems. I ended up spending several times more than the original service cost to repair the damage. The situation was serious enough that my vehicle could have been totaled if I had not been able to afford immediate repairs. I will never return. This experience was expensive, stressful, and completely avoidable. read more

Chris,and Issac ,Jose were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed as a mom coming in right after picking up my toddler from school, not having to get out of my car only leaving to answer few questions they will give the only $20 and a new one. I recently moved to Elk Grove. I have had bad experiences with other oil places before so I made sure to do my research before picking a new spot to make my go to for oil changes. I came across this business and gave it a shot. I want to say this business is extremely professional and the customer service is on point. I want to personally give a shout out to a young man by the name of Isaac. He was so polite and so easy going. All members did a great job and made my experience enjoyable but Isaac in particular is who I communicated with the most so I wanted to make it a point to recognize him. Always came here since owning my first car, NEVER disappointed :) Lead me to the available lane, always offer me a drink like coffee and water and make sure to always ask. I've come in for drive-thru services or just top offs and everyone is sweet. They check the history of my services and double check everything to make sure it's okay. Came in this morning to get my oil serviced Roman and Aj Killed it. The staff is always super nice and never pushy when recommending services. I always get offered a water or a Hot Coffee every time I come in. (These guys make a pretty good coffee by the way) They all have a common goal which is educating their customers and recommending services that ultimately benefit the car and help it to run longer. Service is great. They offer you water or coffee as you wait also. We always come here for our oil changes and never disappointed. Came to get my oil change today on. Saturday morning. There were multiple lines but the one I was in had 2 cars in front of me. I was able to sit in my car the entire wait and was able to leave in about an hour. Received full service oil change and replaced wiper blades. They usually have coupons either emailed to you or on their website. read more

Came by today for an oil change. I was greeted by Isiah, Roman, and Marcell. They had great attitudes. I ended up getting a transmission oil change too. They are not commission based so I never feel pressured to upkeep my vehicle when I come here, unlike other places I've been in the past.
