I received a standard oil change and tire rotation here a few months back. Everything seemed fine and standard since, I had been coming here for a few years. A few hours after the oil change and tire rotation, I was driving on a street (after having been on the highway for an hour) when the back driver's side tire flew right off. The car came to a screeching halt that resulted in significant damage to the car. You can see the attached photos. I called United Oil Changers. They agreed to repair damage done to the car. I towed the car to the shop and the next day they called to report that they had fixed the issue. They had reattached the tire to the car, but refused to do anything about the damage. I kept asking them if they would address the body damage and they would not give straight answers. They kept insisting that the body damage was not important. Finally I referred the issue to my car insurance. After about a week in the shop the car came back. The total cost was over $4,000. Besides the inconvenience of having $4,000 of damage done to my car, the scary part of this is that this shop breaks. If these guys cannot attach a tire correctly, I can only imagine what they would do with brakes. I would not trust them to put air in tires. read more

I wish I didn't have to write this review but I had taken my bmw to there shop to get oil change done and they had put wrong oil in my car I see that they had put 0w20 in my car but the sticker the put on my car says 0w30 which was false the ow20 is almost like water and my car needed thicker oil I had informed them about the mistake and they said it doesn't matter they are all the same after couple days I noticed my car started to smell like burned oil and even started to smoke so I took my car to a different oil change place and they even said that's messed up the oil is too thin for my car and they even put made in china filter instead of original filter as you can see on the picture. read more

I took my 2023 Diesel Chevy truck for an oil change and they didn't know how much it was going to cost me since it was a diesel. they finally gave me a price so I decided to have them replace the oil. Their technician said that he couldn't remove the plug to drain the oil and they wanted to drain the oil with a vacuum from the top. I decided not to have them do the oil change and they gave me a bad attitude. I do not recommend this place for an oil change. Very unprofessional. read more

BEWARE - They let me drive off with a stripped out oil pan threads without telling me and my car kept leaking oil. This is something that should have been NOTED TO ME before I left. At the point that I realized the leak, I was already in San Jose. I called the shop and they gave me the owner's number. He came out with me to a shop they own in San Lorenzo and they fixed the issue by putting in a bigger plug. This is a band-aid fix. Under NO circumstances should they have let me drive off when there's a problem. If I didn't catch it in-time, goodbye engine. I respect these people and their business, but if they just told me from the beginning that I had an issue, this whole week would have been a whole lot better :) My mans didn't even offer a refund -- He offered a discount for the next time I come. read more

Just got an oil change for my 98 Camry, at 183,778 miles. Got the synthetic oil change, full service for 57$ out the door after taxes. It was quick and easy, honest service. Amad the owner also let me know I need to change my transmission fluid soon and that was very helpful. I'll definitely be back! Loved how fast they were!!! And the shop is open style so you can see what's going on and that was a huge plus! read more

This is the worst customer experience i ever had. My engine cover was detached when i was driving in the freeway because the mechanic maybe didn't put the correct screws or didn't tighten well. When i talked to them because of my concern, they told me that i drove my car so hard thats why it happened and they told me that it is not part of their job to replace the aluminum cover. When they were about to replace the part they only gave me 50 percent of the cost for the engine cover. I Never recommend this shop if they mess your car. read more

They couldn't change my oil filter. But just change the oil and still try to charge me 40 dollars. Worst place ever to get an oil change. My advice go to young, they are way cheaper and more convenient. They'll fix anything they broken for free. Not like this place they can't change anything and still over charge you. I never been to a place that charge more than 20 for an oil change, especially when you bring your own oil and filter. read more

I have been going to this location for my tires for years. Deryck always goes above and beyond making my experience enjoyable. He always seems to be able to fit me in even if it's a busy day and close to closing. He is very knowledgeable, and the prices are decent. I never seem to be waiting longer than 60-90 minutes which gives me time to shop at Lowe's. I give the place two thumbs up!!! read more

Be careful with this business. I took my car for an oil change. The advertisement price was $24.99. He filled out the paper work, circled the advertised price with $5 extra for environmental free. This place just ruined their reputation for me. After a couple successful visits to this shop to get a quick oil change, today marks the last time I'll visit this place. This shop operates under whatever hours they randomly wake up and feel like working. I showed up around 5:40 pm to get a quick oil change (their hours of operation are listed until 6pm) which normally takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Two employees sent me away saying to come back tomorrow because they closed early today...for no reason. It's a regular Thursday in February. I understand if the task would take a long time to complete but I literally asked for an oil change and I even brought my own oil and filter with me. Terrible operations. Go elsewhere where they'll actually honor their posted hours of operation to avoid your time from being wasted. read more

The people are really nice and very knowledgeable. I originally went there for an oil change, but after a thorough check up I was told that the shaking of the car is due to an alignment.
