I am totally unhappy and I called the mgr. and want a full refund . They immediately started ripping the air filter out without my permission. I told them to stop and to only do the oil change. I could tell he stripped the screws as he used the power screw gun to put the air filter back I heard it. I am a mechanic myself so I know the sound and I saw it through the space in the hood that that I saw him take out my brand new Lily white air filter that I just had changed recently, my air filter is brand new. They slammed the hood down my hood is now bent and making a noise when opening/closing. Also they did not put the last screw in to connect the ram air duct that they took out when they were getting the air filter out that connects up to the grill. That was loose and rattling.. I pray they didnt mess up the sensor connected to it or monkey with or lean on any other wiring as inexperienced mechanics are prone to do... This supposed synthetic oil look like water. I'm afraid that it is the poorest quality oil and I should just go get the oil changed again right away somewhere else so I don't have a problem with my motor. they would have changed every filter under the sun and charged me for it but It only needed the oil filter changed.. and they might have broke something else or leaned on wiring etc. it's all sensitive all of the sensors all of the tubing the air conditioning all of the wiring it is all very sensitive and you have to respect it with kid gloves and they certainly did not they were monkeying around under the hood is the only way I can put it. read more

I got an oil change and the crew took amazing care of me. Great service and staff, but it's super cold in there and I'm supposed to leave my window down so I was freezing. Please get them a heater so customer and crew can stay warm. The only reason for 3- star is the cold shop. read more

I pulled in today at 1:05 for an oil change. None of the workers would even come to greet my car and were literally arguing over who had to help me. After sitting there a few minutes, one worker walks up with his coffee in his hand and asks if I'm there for an oil change. Um no, I just thought I would pull in and stare at you guys a while. Really???? He then disgustingly asks if I am a new or returning customer while still looking around to see who else he can pawn me off on. My wife went to Take 5 to get her oil changed. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, they told her they didn't have the type of oil she needed. That's understandable, but what wasn't acceptable was they forgot to put the cap back on her oil tank. When she arrived at home, the inside of her hood was covered in oil and the car smelled like burning oil. If they can't do something as simple as replacing the oil cap, it doesn't matter if the service is free -- stay far, far away. read more

What an awful place, my fiancé and I went in to get an oil change done, everything was going alright until about half way through when I found out the person in the bay to the left of us had been there a while. Turns out they drained his transmission fluid instead of his oil, how do you even mess up like that? If i had known this I would've taken my vehicle elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and the employees do not know how to work on cars. I felt extremely uncomfortable with them working on my car, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! they broke a crucial part of my vehicle the coolant valve, which then caused me to break down on the interstate and refused to pay for repairs claiming they had nothing to do with it, however i had just spent 3000 dollars on my car the day before they changed my oil. he part and labor were only 230 bucks and they refused to cover it. i will never use their company again. i have no tolerance for companies that don't make their mistakes right read more

First, let me say the employees were very nice, and this is nothing against them. That being said, I recently went to this place to get an oil change before a long trip my wife would be making to Florida and back. I also wanted to be sure she had new windshield wipers just in case it rained on her, so I went ahead and had those changed too. I have no issue with the oil change, but the windshield wiper replacement was definitely an issue. Sure enough, it stormed much of the way down to Florida, and in the middle of one storm the passenger side wiper came off completely. Luckily my wife and son were able to get off the interstate and find a local parts store that replaced it with a good quality wiper. And, although the driver side wiper did not come off, it leaves major streaks when in use. So, basically, that portion of the service was a total waste of money and potentially put my family's safety at risk. read more

If you get an Oil change and if you have a European vehicle, don't bother wasting your time here, you'll sit in line and then when you get up, they will tell you they don't even have the oil or the filter for your car. I'm just trying to save some people some time I wish they could've noticed that I had a European car and told me that way before I waited for over an hour for no reason. read more

I had a coupon for 25% in date - they told me they would only do 20% because they couldn't scan something. Then they took 50 min to do a simple oil change and I was the only person in line. Then at checkout they informed me they would only do 15% percent because that's all they could figure out. Weird vibe and not helpful. read more

Took my 2020 Hyundai Elantra last Saturday for an oil change. Before weeks end I noticed my car would smell like burning oil after it would run and get hot. Looking at the receipt and what they documented of the amount of oil they put in, comparing to what the owner manual says should be, it appeared they over filled. Took my vehicle back tonight 8/19 questioned one of the techs and he looked it up in the computer and discovered/confirmed they did in fact put too much oil in the car. He asked if I wanted another oil change (suggested I pay for another) I said I am not paying for another oil change to fix their mistake. His manager was not currently there but he would speak with his assistant manager that was in the office. After coming back from talking to the assistant manager thats was "in the office" (yeah ok) he said they would not do a complete new oil change but would drain a "little" out instead of starting over and making sure it is correct. Bad business decision "assistant manager", bad decision. Now I can take my car somewhere else to have it drained and done right. BEWARE!!!! read more
