Last night, 6pm on a Friday, I caught a nail in my tire. I rolled in and the 2 men working, Greg and the guy with an accent, looked like they had already been run ragged all day. The shop was busy. There was another woman that got there before me who also got a nail in her tire. The phones were ringing, and people were coming in to get their cars. It was stressing me out just watching. These guys tho, they were so nice and funny and sweet and cute and kept their cool and I'm not trying to flirt I just can't think of another way to say this was a good experience and I appreciate them. They got both our tire situations fixed in less than an hour and the price was more than fair. Thank you, guys!!! read more

I recently had a disappointing experience at Firestone that I feel compelled to share. My wife visited for an oil change and encountered multiple issues that left us frustrated. From the beginning, the staff were unhelpful and, quite frankly, rude. Instead of providing assistance, they seemed to mock her, which is completely unacceptable. After the service began, my wife called to check on the status, only to be told that her vehicle wasn't even at their location despite having dropped it off earlier. To top it off, they couldn't provide a timeframe for the service, which added to our frustration. So she was forced to spend money on transportation services. We also noticed they failed to update the sticker showing the due date of our next service Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. I would not recommend this shop based on our experience. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and offer better service. Especially with the outrageous price they charged but I'm not sure if the full bottle of fuel system cleaner left in the center console was included in that. read more

I am going to keep this short and simple: about a year ago, I went there for a tire alignment and balancing after receiving horrible service elsewhere. Went there at least 3 or more times, still had issues with my car so I decided to head down to Crest Honda in Nashville who told me "They bent one of your tire rims when they balanced them." I was livid--and still am. If you're going to do the job right, don't make me go there 4 or 5 times just to find out that you messed up royally from another place! After having my vehicle since Friday at noon, I was told the vehicle should be ready within 30 minutes and I could start heading that way on Monday. I get there and now they are saying it's still not ready and it could be up to 5 more hours. I took my car in to this Firestone location for an oil change that was past due. They were able to take me on a Wednesday afternoon and got the work done quickly. What really made this visit stand out to me was the customer service. This location has a very small little office area (two chairs in front of a TV), and, because of COVID, I thought I should sit outside rather than inside. Unfortunately, there isn't much seating outside (there is one bench on the side of the building that was already taken), so I sat down on the concrete sidewalk area in front of the shop. An employee of the shop came outside with a chair so I wouldn't have to sit on the floor! It was really thoughtful and kind. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was really friendly and helpful. My car was ready pretty quickly, and they didn't try to sell me on a number of probably unnecessary improvements! All in all, it was a great visit - with really great customer service. I'll happily go back to this Firestone location when I next need work on my car! read more

These guys do not honor Carvana SilverRock warranty. They informed me that their "system couldn't process it". However, they are an approved location online, so I just wanted to save someone some wasted time. The reason I'm leaving one star is because when I called to schedule my appointment, I was told that they did honor the SliverRock warranty, but when I showed up, I was told otherwise. So the one star is for very poor communication and the wasted 2 hours of my life. read more

Visiting Nashville...we had a dual tire on our motorhome go bad, and of course it was a Sunday...We called, Albert answered the phone and we could tell it was super busy at this shop...he calmly and politely checked his stock for our tire and said he would help us today. When we arrived Albert came out and moved vehicles so we could have the tires serviced out back. The phone was ringing and the shop was popping, but Albert still kept a sense of humor and great customer service as his goal. Arrived at the facility at 12:45 only to be informed they over scheduled and my appointment time isn't any good. They let me know it will take them 2 hours to change the oil and they are behind schedule so the wait will be at least 3 hours. Steer clear and don't waste your time with this place! read more

For the past two years I have struggled to get my service scheduled at this store. They don't take appointments most of the time. They want you to drop off your car with the hope that they "might" complete it. They discourage waiting in the lobby. This last and final time I scheduled my appointment during the week, two weeks out. When I showed up they told me to leave the car and they "hoped to get it done today". I took off from work to get this done. I can't leave the car. Too far to walk home. So, that is my last visit to this store, and possibly all other Firestone stores. read more

My daughter went here to get a headlamp replaced and they told her it would $100. They worked on it for about an hour then told her that they couldn't replace the bulb because there was an electrical problem. The next day she went to another auto repair shop who performed the work in less than an hour for $40! No electrical problem found and kudos to Hallmark Volkswagen in Cool Springs for providing excellent service at a great price. read more

Do not take your car here. They robbed my son. They charged him $116 just to hook the car to computer for diagnostic. Then they said to fix the car, it would cost over $1700. We took the car to Corner Garage in Lebanon. They are good decent people. They fixed the car for $536. They performed the same repairs that Firestone quoted for $1700. To make matters worse, the State of Tennessee has a contract with this company for state vehicles (like State Trooper cars) and the tax payers are being robbed every day by this place. I never take the time to write reviews but my son was robbed and the taxpayers of the state are being robbed. If I could give them zero stars I would. It was an insult to pay $116 just to get a diagnostic. Every other place did that part for free. My son will never get that money back but I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of this way. read more

I am beyond disappointed with the service we received. My husband had an issue with his air conditioning, so they ran due through it charged us $250 and said there wasn't a leak..... after the dye ran all over my carport he took it back and now they said it would be $2000 for a condenser? Clearly they had no idea what they were talking about. The worst part is, we trusted that diagnosis which turned out to also be completely incorrect. Dropped my car off in am with understanding I would need it for my commute home. Was told that would not be a problem. I was told they would contact me with estimate prior to doing any work. 5 and a half hours later I had not heard anything so I called. They had not looked at my car yet but they had gotten busy and mine was next to be seen. 2 and a half hours later I still had not heard anything and was leaving work for the day. Upon arrival my car still had not moved. They told me they were pulling people off other jobs to start on mine. After telling me everything they found in their inspection they did not have the parts on site and it would be an hour or hour and a half to complete the job. At that point I was committed but even after declining recommended work they continued to attempt to pressure me into more work. At an hour and a half after telling me they would need an hour to hour and a half they staff that was there said it was going to take a little longer because they only had 2 of the 5 parts I needed and had to have a second delivery. They also wanted to let me know my car was a little older so things could break and wanted to let me know just in case. All of this hassle was to replace 5 studs and lug nuts on the right front tire! EDIT: Andy called and rectified the entire situation, and I am happy with the feedback. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and concerns that my tires could have an issue because the light was on. When I returned, I was reassured that my tires were fine and that I probably needed a new sensor. 2 weeks later I felt concerned again, so I went to another Firestone. 2 nails in 2 tires. As soon as it was fixed, the tire light went off. Maybe instead of pacifying customers and giving them incorrect advice, you should actually look at the problem and be diligent about your work. Andy and the guys at this location was so helpful. They called every place he could think of to find a spline kit wheel lock to get my lug nuts off. All the calls done on speakerphone in the lobby in front of me so I knew what was going on. Ultimately couldn't find one and had to wrench them off, but they tried so hard for me. Fair price for the labor, replacement nuts, and a new tire. Would have been great if they'd stocked those wheel locks though. read more

about 10 miles away, we had to pull over when one of our fifth wheel tires started losing air......appeared to be the valve stem........first, we receiver help when we were pulled over on the main highway from a public works employee, an angel in disguise ........we then found the nearest Firestone. There we were helped and enjoyed the pleasure of meeting Vernon, originally from Brooklyn, who talked with us, changed the valve stem and learned he had traveled in out area of NE Pennsylvania years ago. He truly was a wonderful person to meet. The store did not charge us for the stem change and got us taken care of within a half hour !! He did pass some to Vernon for his time and Thanked him for all he did ! Great store with an employee who is a super asset ! read more

Service was good and very friendly staff. They completed the work in the time they said it would take. The reason for only 4 stars is they try annoyingly hard to upsell and add on services. So extremely rude. I don't appreciate that when I ask a question there is an eye roll. During my long wait in the waiting room I was able to see how seriously the staff took their jobs. The manager has to constantly tell his staff to stop joking around then treats them like a best friend. Manager actually verbatim stated "this is the worst day care I have worked at". I would give zero stars if I could. For starters they charge far more than other local mechanics, which can be proved simply by shopping around for prices. They're also extremely slow- a trip to Firestone tends to be an all day or 2 day ordeal, even for simpler fixes and oil changes. They upsell like crazy, which is a huge reason to stay away. As a corporate company they have sales goals to meet, so there's always stuff they try to act like you need. Yet I'll go to non-corporate mechanics and they completely disagree. Their workmanship is also awful. I don't think I've ever had an experience there when I didn't have to go back because the same problem they "fixed" began to happen again. A lot of people have told me they experience the same thing. I've since switched to a different car care place and my bills are WAY cheaper, the work gets done in half the time as Firestone, and they do the work right the first time! I just hate that so many people give in to the fact that they're "nice". Anyone is nice when they have goals to meet ;) read more

Every time I deal with Firestone,I'm out of almost $1,000.00!! I was just there in March for front brakes ended up getting brakes (front/back)and rotors (because I was told I needed them)although I had just replaced my rotors at the end of 2017 .....now I'm back (May) for tires and an alignment of course I was told I needed struts which is over $1,000.00! If this were the case I should have been told this back in March. On a positive note Justin is always very professional and courteous ... I had a problem with a tire driving from Tampa to Chicago. I had to leave my car in Nashville and get a special tire shipped from Tire Rack to Firestone. I flew back to Nashville and brought the car in to Firestone and they had me back on the road inside of an hour. Long story short my wife and I were driving a ticking timebomb without knowing it and these guys probably saved our lives. We smelled gas for a while in our truck but didn't think much of it. One day the smell was horrendous and we knew there must be something wrong. We brought it to one location where they stated they didn't find anything and we were probably fine. We brought it to Firestone and they quickly identified WE HAD FUEL LEAKING DIRECTLY INTO THE ENGINE FROM A LEAKING LINE. Talk about an explosive situation in the making (you like that play on words don't you?)... They gave us a loaner (not a beautiful loaner but a safe vehicle while they fixed ours) and fixed the problem. Hats off for first class service. 5/5 read more
