Terrible customer service, left my vehicle dirtier then when I drove in. Did not tell me the price of the oil change before they started - this being a very expensive change on a diesel truck. Left oil everywhere so much so that it was dripping on my driveway when i got home. VERY unprofessional, Ronald was nice enough but the manager and his other guy were downright rude. If you have any issues good luck with customer service! This company is absolute garbage and not worth even your 5 minutes and good luck with customer service. read more

I have always gone to this place since it has opened and there is always new different staff there. Every time I give them a chance, I leave with problems with my car. First problem they left my dip stick on my engine, found out later after my check engine light comes on. Instead of filling my coolant with coolant they have been placing water in it and now want me to pay to get it fixed bc there's more water than coolant in my car. My oil change only last for two months then my check oil level kicks on. They also have been putting the wrong oil in my car. Different oil every time I go. Unless they're going to change the name to 45 minute oil change it's false advertising I got in line behind a car that was already in progress I sat there for 25 minutes while the few employees in attendance moved lethargically. There was no progress on the car in front of me that I could see. Just an open hood and nobody there They don't seem to have any interest in the five minute name. They're perfectly happy to let you sit there for half an hour. I'm sure. Super fast oil change and state inspection done here. Price was good as well. There was an issue with my hood not wanting to open (I think my latch is going out), and a few of the guys came over to macguyver the sucker open when they could have just given up. They did eventually get it open and were very nice and professional throughout. Love that I could stay in my car during the oil change and get a little work done. I briefly had to get out for the state inspection so they could test drive the car, but it didn't take long. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I am impressed with the quality, thoroughness, and professionalism of the young men, David & TJ, who serviced my car's needs excellently today! I sold my car and wanted to give it some attention before parting with it since it had been neglected for most of its life with me. David & TJ showed me the condition of the filters and asked if I wanted to change them, to which I said yes for about 90% of the work. I appreciated their transparency and honesty about what needed to be done and the pricing was reasonable. I don't remember my car ever running so smoothly. This was the first time I came to this place and appreciated just sitting in my car while it was being serviced. The last thing I will say is that the young men are a credit to their parents, the business, and a healthy heartbeat in this society. Very disappointed, 3 grown men employees were playing football around 6:45 pm on 3-14-2024 . The ball bounced into the street. I had to slam on brakes to avoid hitting the ball which I ran over anyway. I could have been hit because they were so careless. They should play with the football in the other direction not leading to the street. I believe that they should know this. I called ahead to get the pricing for an oil change. I was told there were coupons, which they honored, but they don't tell you ahead of time about the service charge of $4.99 per transaction! When I got my receipt, I asked why they didn't check the oil filter and was told it was because there was a bolt missing that holds it. They also didn't check my tire pressure because their "gun" wasn't working! It seems like they were trying to do as little work as possible! I will not be returning!! read more
