I've been using this place for over six years. However, I can no longer recommend it with a clear conscience. An oil change now costs $130. A mechanical issue diagnosed at one visit is not found at the next visit. Nearly every time I take in a vehicle, it has another issue that requires attention, such as engine lights being on that were not on beforehand. I'm not accusing them of intentionally being dishonest or causing the issue, but probability of that happening is not too high to be merely coincidental. They are way overpriced for their mechanic shop set-up. read more

Absolute crooks!!! Went in for a safety inspection for my Corvette, and failed do to, "license plate lamp - operation". Explanation was, "No front license plate". The inspector Scotty Russell literally failed me for License plate lamp-operation. There isn't even a license plate lamp on the front of vehicles. To make matters worse the technician who originally approached me didn't even have a front license plate on her own car. So she couldn't have rejected the inspection. Instead they waited until I paid before I was told I failed. Section 4 on dps website only lists License plate lamp (1) as an item. I have had the car inspected many times and never failed inspection for a front license plate. Yet they call themselves, '10 minute oil change of the Woodlands'. The Woodlands is full of cars without front license plates. So if you own one.... do not take your car here. Unless you want Scotty Russell to fail you and have them take your money so that you can go down the road and pay for an inspection all over again. Manager is Fransico who said he couldn't give out the area manager's number. Hopefully thier corporate office can explain how I failed for License Plate Lamp - Operation. read more

Stopped by for a quick oil change and getting a flyer in the mail for 20.00 off. I was able to pull right into the bay. Josh the assistant manager greeted me and with in a minute or less I could feel the guy underground begin to drain my old engine oil. They checked all my fluids, tires, cabin air filter , engine air filter and I was out in less than 10 minutes. I was offered water and a snack as I waited in my car. A+++ service read more

I took my truck to the Richmond Texas location for a state inspection. The person performing the inspection did a brake test and hit the brakes so hard, it busted my brake line. He then proceeded to show me how all the brake fluid was leaking out. I told him my brakes were fine when I came in here and now my brake pedal is going all the way down to the floor. I spoke to the assistant manager and he said there was nothing he could do about it. This company did the damage and refused to fix my truck. read more

I stopped at this location on a whim after my check engine light came on and the service was superb. I called a few minutes before and spoke with Josh who assured me that he could get me in and would be able to work with me on finding what would work best for my vehicle/budget. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Josh and he got me into a bay immediately. So another awesome experience with Chuck, we have been coming here for a year and a half, and going to another location before that and then following Chuck here... The staff is awesome, the work is always done right, the pricing is very fair, the team is extremely ethical and explain everything to you there is nothing hidden. My wife and I and our son trust our vehicles to Chuck and his team, and will continue to do so. We also have a warranty with Dodge, and for any major thing that's under warranty obviously we would go there but as far as maintenance goes and any other small parts that May or may not be covered we will come here exclusively. Always remember to ask questions and you will get straight answers, I hope he gets an alignment machine soon, because he will be doing all that for me too at this location... they have cold drinks, clean bathroom, and air-conditioning waiting area, with TV.. there are plenty of restaurants and stores right next-door if you want to go get something to eat while your car is being done... also the shop days are always very clean and there's plenty of safety signage everywhere, I highly recommend this team and this shop... I always go here for oil changes. It's essentially a drive thru service. They give you suggestions on repairs or upkeep but it never feels forced upon you. I went and had my brakes checked at Brake Check in Cypress, and was given a $500 quote for services. I went to Express for the work, and was told by Chuck (the most honest mechanic I've ever met) and was told he could not in good faith work my brakes b/c they were perfectly fine. I came here because my check engine light came on. They informed me that they would do a primary diagnosis for $43 and let me know the issue. The mechanic hooked my car to a machine for 30 minutes while having my cars engine running. They came back to tell me that their results were inconclusive and I would have to pay $80 for an secondary diagnosis. The mechanic kept calling me "young'in" and "kiddo" which pissed me off. I took my car somewhere else and they found the problem and fixed it. The other location even put my car on a lift to see the problem. I won't come back here and will tell my friends not to as well. read more

As a young female, I often get used and abused at these car shops. Services on top of services and it's usually their way of cornering me to purchase everything!!! I tried to delay my oil change for long enough.. It was time I took the plunge. I usually go to a big chain company but after I called around, this was the first place that answered the phone. The name is self explanatory. Literally 10 mins- I want to be in and out!! Not only was the gentleman prompt and direct, he even went over all additional services they offered. It felt very informative and not sales pitchy. I arrived shortly after the phone call and they pulled my car in the shop immediately. He checked my engine and told me exactly what I needed and made his suggestions. I trusted these guys because they were able to show me exactly what I needed and explained why. I appreciated that. He gave me a discount too. It wasn't a whole lot off the bill, but anything helps. I don't ever have 5 star service experience when it comes to car maintenance and repair but this place really changed my mind. The only minor downside I could say is that I was quoted 30-45 mins but waited over 1.5. Not too bad, tbh, I opt for quality anyday. read more

So I called this place to see if they could help me with an oil change on my truck because my original shop did not want to change it due to the oil plug being stripped. I talked to Chuck over the phone and he said to bring it in and he could help. I have never written a review before but for this place I just had to. We took our truck in on Saturday because it was not running. When we finally got it back in Tuesday they said it was the fuel pump and charged us $700.00. When we went to pick it up it would not start but they jumped it and assured us the problem was taken care of. About 30 mins later it broke down on the side of the road and we had to have it towed back to them. They told us they would not have a mechanic to fix it for a couple of days ( their mechanic is only in certain days)???? So we took it to another shop, they diagnosed the problem in 5 mins, and had it ready to go for a fraction of the price. I called them and wanted at least a small refund, at least for the diagnostics part, the manager was very rude and told me no way. BEWARE!!!!!! They will take your money whether your car is fixed, they are SNAKES! read more

Don't try to get your car fixed bc apparently they only have one mechanic and if they guarantee to have your car ready by a certain day don't expect that either. They don't now when they have a mechanic on duty or not and they wont call you to tell you that they don't have one the day they said to bring your car in 2 days in a row at 8am.
