    Visited this location twice to get my oil changed. Service is pretty good, however the two times that I went I've had to immediately go back after leaving. Which is a tad bit inconvenient. I've had to go back twice for the same thing. Every time they change my oil, they forget to change my oil service sticker. The first time they change my oil they also forgot to reset my oil service meter. For that I'm going to have to give them a 3 stars.

    Failed my inspection due to "torn wiper blade" on the PASSENGER side. Offered to replace it for $22 (they're $10 at my local auto parts - installed). As you can see in the picture the "tear" is less than 1/8 inch. The wiper was working perfectly, window was clean. According to Texas State Inspection guidelines wiper blade condition can be used as an assessment - this is a GUIDELINE but it is not a law and not a rule. This is a safety inspection, Jiffy Lube. The condition of this wiper blade in no way caused my car to be unsafe to drive. You simply wanted to sell me a wiper blade - and a $49 Cabin Air filter which can be purchased at auto parts for $15. I told him (Edgar, I believe) not to replace it but I happened to glance out from the waiting room and they were doing it anyway. He claimed that "he misheard" when I told him not to replace it. I know times are tough, Jiffy Lube but try to stay honest.

    Well this was a hot mess... so I went to get an oil change today. I was told to pull up and the guy checked under the hood of my car. He then told me, they didn't have the oil filter I need, but if I went and bought it, they could then change the oil. I left, and came back... when I pulled into the bay I noticed every one looking at my car. I heard "what is that", "oh I know..." and the guy tells me to pop the hood, as I see him wiping something off the car. Then the assistant manager comes over, and now it like 4-5 ppl standing around my car looking. So, I get out and ask, what's going on. Well, the worker left the oil cap off my car, So oil was everywhere. Then they proceed to attempt to clean up all the oil. I asked a worker (who collected the payment) for corporate number so I could file a complaint. The assistant manager comes back with my receipt, and let me know that, "to be honest, corporate is just gonna kick the complaint, back to us... but if you want you can call the store manager his number is on the receipt. And I went ahead and gave you a discount of $35. So,They finally finished "cleaning" up the oil, and I leave. I get down the street at a red light and a guy let's me know, I have some dripping down the front of my car as he crossed the street. I pull over and it's oil, all over the front of my car again. I go back to jiffy lube, where the manager, tells me to follow him to a car wash, where he pressure washed under the hood of my BMW (I can't make this up). Never have I ever, dealt with anything like like this while getting an oil change. I will not be going back there, I will most definitely NOT recommend anyone to go there. And I'm just praying that nothing was damaged, under the hood.

    Good service but over priced. Didn't think a oil change would be $140 for a Honda accord. Good thing I used a $30 coupon.

    Poor service did not ask oil just went on pass order. So worked about all the air filters. Stay away they are more wortied about sales.

    Just for being open....drove out with out even being acknowledged. Have used Jiffy lube for years, will not go back to this location.

    Took my vehicle in for a state inspection on a Sunday morning. Very polite and courteous staff. Was in and out in 20 minutes. No issues.

    Errr, they missed the "make sure the drain plug is tight" step. Noticed the drips and my mechanic tightened it. Never again...!

During one visit, my hood was slammed shut very hard, and I was told the person who did it was a manager. That's unacceptable. A manager should set the example, not treat customers' vehicles carelessly. I did not appreciate that at all. Because of that incident, I no longer trust them with my vehicle and won't be giving them my money anymore.     On April 21, 2026, I visited Take 5 Oil Change for a routine oil level check and top-off after…read morehaving my oil changed about a month prior. I have used this location multiple times without issue; however, this visit was different due to a new associate servicing my vehicle. The associate checked and topped off my oil but failed to replace the oil cap. The very next day, my vehicle began making unusual noises upon startup, and within two days, black smoke was coming from the exhaust. Due to work constraints, I was unable to address it immediately, but when I finally had the vehicle inspected, I was informed that the oil cap had been left off, causing oil to spill throughout the engine compartment and into even the ground. This negligence created a serious risk of engine failure and required me to spend $800 on degreasing, oil treatment, and another oil change to correct the issue. This was entirely avoidable and directly caused by improper service. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to basic procedures. This type of oversight could have resulted in catastrophic engine damage or total vehicle loss. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and strongly caution others to reconsider using this service provider. I am requesting reimbursement for the $800 in repair costs due to this incident. This is not just a bad experience--it is a clear service failure. Forgetting to replace an oil cap is a basic step, and the consequences I described (oil spraying under the hood, smoke, engine noise) are exactly what can happen when it's missed. Negligence that cost me $800 to fix. After looking more into the business, Take 5 has an enormous amount of liability and lawsuits cases--research for yourself. 5 minutes of a quick oil change isn't worth gambling my vehicle for and I'll rather wait 1 hour in the future than risk not having a vehicle at all.

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. Kenneth's Car Care has earned all my future business for brakes, heat, oil changes, and more. Don't waste your time and money at the dealership or another repair shop. Come here first. You will be glad you did.
