Good customer service. Polite employees. Very little wait time and best of all the customers can remain in the vehicle while being serviced.

Billy consistently sends his mechanics for updated training classes while still maintaining reasonable fees for service. The mechanics all seem to have that old-school know-how, to drive my car around the block and detect the issues, combined with up-to-date repair technology. After having my Santa Fe serviced and buying 4 new tires, I received a very detailed report of everything found, everything repaired, and everything needing attention in the near future. Then I was surprised to find on my cellphone, a video of my car inspection and a link to a brake pad tutorial explaining the service I will be needing soon. Soooo worth the drive. Yuma W.

Said it needed to be replace would cost me 10,000$. Went for a second opinion to a shop of veterans memorial MEXICAN shop they ran the same diagnostic test set up to the computer and it was only the alternator cost me. 800 for new alternator warranty and labor. Careful where you go. America won't fix you just put a band-aid on it and charge you. Mexico get what you need and will fix you up right. Mechanical work and medical is the same here hmm.

Very disappointing experience. I brought my son with me while getting an oil change, and while we…read morewere waiting, he was playing on the arcade machine with another child. The employee at the front desk with a very rude attitude and told me, "Can you tell him to stop banging on the buttons? It was not cheap, it was expensive." He yelled it from the desk in front of everyone I had absolutely no problem being told to make sure my son was careful with the machine. What I had a problem with was the disrespectful way I was approached and the fact that another child was playing on the same machine at the exact same time, yet the employee chose to address only me and my son. I was there alone with my son, while the other child was there with both parents. I'm Hispanic, while the employee and the other family were Black. Because of the obvious difference in how the two families were treated, I left wondering whether I was singled out because of my ethnicity. I cannot speak to his intentions, but the way the situation was handled absolutely made me feel that way. If you're going to enforce a rule about how the arcade machine is being used, then enforce it consistently with everyone--not just the one parent you feel comfortable confronting. The issue wasn't the request. It was the attitude, the disrespect, and the apparent double standard. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and that is not how a customer should be treated.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.
