Took my wife's Nissan Murano there cause her vehicle would not pick up speed just five miles. They ran a diagnostics test and came back to tell me it was a transmission. Said it needed to be replace would cost me 10,000$. Went for a second opinion to a shop of veterans memorial MEXICAN shop they ran the same diagnostic test set up to the computer and it was only the alternator cost me. 800 for new alternator warranty and labor. Careful where you go. America won't fix you just put a band-aid on it and charge you. Mexico get what you need and will fix you up right. Mechanical work and medical is the same here hmm. read more

Sorry, I thought we found our new auto repair shop. My son has several thousand dollars and his AC still isn't working right. We've had to take it several times. The air is cold when I pick it up, but once I park it then start it up a week later it's just blowing hot air! I made an appointment for a repaired after a diagnostic check. I kept being told the part was on it's way, & later they would need to check on where the part went. This went on for over a month. I made an appointment online to drop off between 8-10. I dropped off at 9. I came in for a brake check. I didn't get my car back til 5pm. Mind you, nothing was fixed. Only a check. The "shuttle" service was me driving my own car to drop myself off and have them drive my car back. Overall, the pricing I received was way too much. Everyone was kind and explained everything well but for my car to sit there all day and not even get fixed was a deal breaker for me. read more

These people are awesome! I ended up here by accident because I was sitting at a nearby traffic light when my car started overheating. Thankfully, I was able to get over to CMC and have them check it out. I was greeted at the front desk by the owner- I explained my issue and he told me it may take a while to get taken care of, but offered me a ride to work... I work on the other side of town and was in the early part of my drive when this incident happened. He said that wouldn't be a problem and one of the mechanics took me over to work. They got everything taken care of by 4pm and called me and said they would send someone over to pick me up. They did a great job taking care of my car issues, but they really went above and beyond in the customer service department. read more

I brought my Pathfinder to CMC because the heater had stopped working. Billy and Josh the service advisors were very helpful. You can tell they love their jobs. Josh even gave me a ride to the rental place, my Pathfinder had to spend the night in the shop. Billy explained everything they were going to be doing to get the Pathfinder's heater working again. Being unfamiliar with what was wrong, they could have taken advantage of my situation, but they did not, which I am impressed with. I drove my car in to this place in July. Just needed the timing chain replaced and the transmission was slipping a little when going into 4th gear, but it ran. My car was at this incompetent place for 3 months! During this time they only managed to change the timing chain and fry my computer. Part of it was due to my warranty company, but it was also do to their complete ineptitude. They had to take my dash apart and the rubber door trim to get the computer out. Ok, no problem. However nothing was put back correctly. We had to tell them that they put them to trim back on wrong and then Billy proceeded to argue with us about it until my husband had to go to the car and show him. My warranty company wasn't going to cover the whole cost of the transmission, and I could have paid them difference, but I didn't want my car there any longer. My car is in worse shape now than when I took out in. It runs rough & cuts off. I recommend staying away from this place. read more
