I sat at this Firestone last Thursday (4/30) since 8:45 AM to 3 PM!!!! Didn't EVEN have the courtesy to drive my vehicle around front for me like how they did everyone else's that day, I literally had to walk around back of the shop to get my truck. I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). I make more than my car note. They claim even though I make my car payment on time my account accrues interest every day and it accrues the same interest when you don't make the payments on time. So basically you're paying double interest they charge you interest for the loan and now they wanna charge you interest for making on time payments. They are loan sharks and they are only doing this trying to get more money because I am so close to owning that vehicle. They already charge you $30,000 for a $15,000 car then want to charge you more interest on top of that that is ridiculous, straight thieves. I'm so excited to almost be done with these thieves.
