They dont know and didn't ask but my report now states it needs a brake job, its already been done at another shop! It devalues my truck! I will never go back! We just pulled in and the guy opened the hood and a few minutes later the coolant spilled everywhere We would've fallen for this if not for the fact that we check the coolant every morning and it was fine It's an old car. No wait! Easy check in. Great service. In and out within 10 min as promised. They have a $20 discount right now for the opening. You also receive a within a 3k mileage free top off and air pressure check. They all were very considerate throughout the service. Even gave you a few waters while you wait. One thing I liked is that they even checked the air cabin filter! I've not seen them do that at vaulvoline which is a similar idea. Oh and they wash your windshield! Great job! I drive a JETTA TDI and this oil change was honestly not worth it for me, it was $120 which is the same price I'd pay at the dealership. Although they do come out with coupons all the time so if id had a coupon perhaps it would justify it. I really appreciate the free water and air freshener. I also had them do a coolant exchange, the staff was extremely nice, in high spirits, and made the trip worth it honestly. I highly recommend going. read more

First time to get oil changed here. Tuesday morning,must have been short staffed, saw only 4 employees. Waited a bit to get inside,but once it was my turn this crew did a fantastic job. The thing I liked most was NO UPSELLING! if you want something else,like air filter or cabin air filter changed you need to let them know.They'll gladly do it,but they are not gonna hit you with all that manufacturers recommended stuff. WOW! What an experience, this is my new and only oil change location for my two cars. I have a Jeep Cherokee that takes 5.9 qts of oil and all oil change places quote for 5 qts and then ream you on the one extra qt. as much as $20-$30. Take 5 only charged $8.99 for the extra quart and still came out cheaper than all the others 5 qt price. Their staff were all polite, friendly, well groomed and efficient. I wish I recorded the process, they are run like a cross between a high end chefs kitchen and an Indy 500 pit crew. Up to five guys(Take 5?) worked like a well oiled(pun intended) machine barking out orders and confirmations in a choreographed operation that left no room for errors. I normally do not go to these types of places for my oil change. Since I only needed an oil change on my car and no other service I decided to try it out. I went on a saturday at about 10 am and I was the first one in. No waiting! I did look at thier website the night before going and their website did not show the prices so you dont know until you pull in. I did have the 25% discount texted to my phone. The price was high without the discount, and without the discount I would not go back. With the discount it was more reasonable. The price of my oil change without the discount would have been $92.99 for their "premium" - which is not the most expensive, high mileage.Their most expensive is the advanced full synthetic at $114.99. With the discount and taxes my bill came to $78.48. A little higher then where I normally take my car, but I didn't have to leave my car for 4 hours for the oil change. I changed out my engine air filter before going to see if they would try to up sell me. The only up sell they tried was coolant exchange, which I know I need but I will only have that done at the dealer. I would only sugguest to them to lower their prices without the discount, otherwise people will just leave that did not download it. That is why I am deducting one star.If I ever need just an oil change again I will go back. read more

I found Take 5 online and drove in to the Craig Road locatioin. I told them I wanted just an oil change and they presented me with 4 or 5 options of various prices. I picked the $59.99 package which is a blended oil. I was immediately informed that this is not good enough for my car requirements and I need his upsell to the $99.00 package. After 3 back and forths and him taking me for an idiot, he agreed to do the cheaper package. They also offer a 25% veterans discount, so he asked for my ID which I had and the coupon I had from online. Well not only did final charge for their $59.99 package end up being $68.65 with labor and tax, the 25% discount ended up only being $10.00. So my final cost was $58.65 when I was expecting $45.00 ($59.99 less 25%). I am really disappointed that I fell for a 25% discount scam. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I expected to get what they advertise. The service was ok, nothing spectacular, but I will probaby not return as I am not feeling good about theiir upsell techniques for additional services and being cheated on the so-called discount. read more

They were all very helpful and professional, answering the questions I had before they got started. Upon inspection, they notified me that it looks like my oil was in good condition and they did not recommend a change at that time. Perhaps the oil counter in my vehicle wasn't reset last time... in any case, they were honest with me and did not try to upcharge any of their services.
