This place is THE place to take your car for repairs. We're new to Las Vegas and my AC went out mid July, need I say more? I drove to several well known places including Carmax, Pep Boys and Jiffy Lube trying to get it fixed. One place told me they have an appointment for August 21! I saw Quick Lane on my way to one of those places and circled back. I met Brenda at the front desk and she was absolutely amazing! She had someone (Josh) take my car in right away. He asked me questions about when the problem started and what I was experiencing. He said he would start with a recharge to see if that would get my AC back up and running. He came back and broke the news to me gently that it wasn't working and that my compressor was bad and would need to be replaced. (One of the other places told me that too but the price they gave me was so ridiculous I left without even thinking twice about getting it done there). So, I talked with Brenda and made arrangements to have it done the next day. She quoted me a price that was $600.00 less than one of the other places mentioned above who were throwing in a wheel alignment, tire rotation and a bunch of other things I didn't need (probably try to justify their price). I didn't get any of that at Quick Lane. They were straightforward, honest, and fair. And not just with me. I waited there while they fixed my car so I got to see them work with a variety of customers and they were so kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. My AC is working so good I have to keep turning it down! They are now our Las Vegas car repair shop from this day forward! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

We got up early to get to Team Ford on the weekend (no appointments on the weekends) but we were a little later than we wanted and ended up being quoted 2 hours to check out a tire that kept losing pressure. I wanted to stay but the person working was really insistent that it would be better for us to visit Quick Lane, especially since they work with each other. She greatly exaggerated how big Quick Lane is. We ended up being at the Quick Lane for 5 hours to change a tire. Now, this isn't Quick Lane's fault, but I'd say if you're coming in on a weekend, be prepared to wait for a very long time. The person helping us had a loooooong list of cars ahead of us and it took about 2 hours just to get to our paperwork. Once that was inputted, we waiting the next 3 to get the tires in and have them installed. I do think that the tires were priced a bit outrageously (my mans paid more for 2 tires than I did for 4 the week before) but he didn't mind, for his peace of mind. I will say there is a coffee station that also seemed to have a few snacks. The chairs are as comfortable as they can be with the low back. There aren't a lot of places to walk to eat or hang out but we went to Big Dog's to have lunch, very easy walk. Excellent service!! We took my car in for a routine oil change. We unfortunately had a bad experience with a Firestone earlier in the week. First time at Quick Lane. First off the waiting area is spotless. Very inviting and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and gave us a time frame of 2-3 hrs. They called about 2.5 hrs after as promised. They were not able to get an air filter for me but were up front and honest about it which is what is important. We will be back for sure. It's hard to find an auto shop that is friendly and reliable. So far they have won our business. Price was a bout $20 less then the Firestone I originally was going to use. Went in for them to check my tire that had a slow leak while they were pretty busy and the guy took care of me by getting me in almost immediately anyway. While I was waiting for them to tell me what they found, they pulled the car back around having already fixed it for me. They didn't try to pressure me to replace tires.. and never even asked my name and information.. they just simply fixed the problem and sent me on my way. It's nice that this place is confident enough to let their work do the talking for them instead of unethical sales tactics I've seen at other places. Traveled 2300 miles to get to Vegas and pretty much exhausted my oil life. I called Team Ford they recommended Quick lane since there apart of the dealership. I arrived early was third car in shop I told them what I wanted done, recommended two more task I allow one of them. Car was completed with 30 of the second conversation, was as expected plus military discount not expected! Car had new oil change stick and oil life meter on dash was reset. I took my truck in initially for an oil change, and had asked about the brakes. I was told they would inspect them, and let me know. After inspection, we agreed that new brakes were needed. Can you get it done today? "We can. It's going to be 3-1/2 to 4 hours. We will call you." That was at 9am. 2:30pm - silence 3:00pm - I call lookin for an update and was told someone would call me right back 3:30 - I show up because nobody called me, to see my truck on the lift, brakes torn down and nobody working on it. The tech with an attitude problem was working on something else. 5:00pm - I finally get a call saying it was done. I told them I can't pick it up, and will be there in the morning. I show up to my truck sitting outside. Not washed (that used to be done every service at the old shop), my back window rolled halfway down and the drivers seat not moved back. Then I walk out to my truck this morning to see that they never fastened the tray underneath. I used to take my vehicles to quick lane for regular services - but never again. I contacted Team Ford to see if they do oil changes on Land Rover LR4's. Some dealers will work on other brands. They recommended I contact Quick Lane as they did oil changes on LR4's. I spent over 2 hours there and Brenda called me up and said I was done, however, after spending 40 minutes on trying to remove the oil filter, and were unable to. They actually recommended I go to "whoever did the oil change prior and were able to change filters". So after wasting over 2 hours of my time, I now get to waste more of my time taking my wife's vehicle to a jiffy lube to get what I paid Quick Lane to do. If you have an LR4, DO NOT TAKE IT TO QUCK LANE ON RANCHO. read more

My first experience with Quick Lane was very good compared to the experience I've had at other Ford service department's. Service Advisor - Daniel Leemans did a very good job in making this visit a stress-less, giving me a rundown of what they offer and the different type of services they provide. Daniel explained all the options in great detail someone could understand and answered all my questions. He also, very friendly, engaged in conversation while you're in the waiting room making the stay that much more at ease. The waiting room was very clean. They offer free water, coffee, and other amenities to make sure you're comfortable as they work on your vehicle. Quick Lane's maintenance packages are very reasonable in pricing and you do not have to make an appointment if you just need basic maintenance such as oil changes, tires rotations or multi-point inspections. Got in 1st thing on a Saturday and was seen right away. Noel was friendly and courteous. I had my Bronco Sport get The Works and was done in about an hour. Unfortunately, they were out of stock for the engine air filter which was a little surprising. I'll pick one up at O'reillys, not a big deal but thats not the point. **Updated Review** The Quick Lane Service Manger, Darrell, contacted me after learning of the issues regarding the work that was performed on my brakes at their garage. He was friendly, never condescending, understood the concerns with the work provided, and presented an agreeable resolution to the problem. Darrell said all the right things without throwing his staff under the bus, which is no easy feat. I can see why they made him the Service Manager. I am impressed with his customer service, ability to express empathy, and presenting a resolution that seemed fair for both parties involved. I am raising the one-star review to a three for Darrell's customer service alone. **Original Review** I came in to have the brakes on my vehicle replaced on 02/16/2023. They also replaced the engine air filter and the lug nuts on the wheels but this feedback is only on the brake job, which came to $684.01 for just the brake pads and the brake fluid change, $420 of which was labor. After the brakes were replaced, I was given my car back and I had to run some errands before going home. The brakes did not feel right. They felt spongy, the pedal was sinking to the mat and was harder to stop. None of these things were going on before I brought the car in. I took the car back and explained what was going on. A technician drove my car around the block. When he came back, he said there was nothing wrong with the brakes, they were new. I asked if it was possible there is air in the line. He again said the brakes were fine. I asked him if he was willing to put that in writing. My car was put up on the lift and I don't know what was done to it at that time. Another technician brought my keys back to me. I asked if there was air in the line and my question wasn't answered but I was informed my brakes are fine and I needed to take my car into an empty parking lot and drive around and then slam on the brakes a few times to seat the calipers. I took my keys and left. The brakes felt exactly the same as when I brought the car back to them. I was not going to waste my time going back another time. Two days later, on 02/18/2023, I took my car into a different garage and explained what was going on. The technician that drove my car said he felt exactly what I was describing. They performed a fluid flush, bleed, and adjusted the brake system for $83.45. That INCLUDED the labor and there was no random $50 shop fee added to the end of my bill like there was at Quick Lane. The new garage informed me there was air in the lines, just as I had expected. I drove away and my brakes now feel and worked exactly as they should. My car has only ever been serviced at a Quicklane since I purchased it in 2018. After this experience, I will never use them again. read more

I am new to NV & trying to find honest & reliable mechanics anywhere is a challenge especially when you are a female. Long story short the manager made no promises when I called ahead with the problem my car had. He did a lot of leg work before I had my car towed there. I called Ford to get new tires for my Escape, but they couldn't see me for 5 weeks. Thankfully, they forwarded my call to Quick Lane. Noel assisted and he was super friendly and informative over the phone - he even recommended a less expensive tire based on my driving habits. This was a surprise as most Tire Shops I called wanted to sell me very expensive, high performance tires. Been here 2 times with 2 different vehicles 1st time was with my 2018 f150 and the tech didnt put the correct amount of oil. 2nd time was my wife 2018 5.0 mustang and tech didnt tighten the oil filter fully now I have oil spots in my driveway and had to correct there work for the 2and time. I have used this location now several times for both of my ford vehicles. The inspection service is fair, and I don't feel like they try to "up-sale" you on a service or part you don't need. They are busy, but I have found that coming in first thing when they open is best.. typically plan for about 45 minutes with a tire rotation during an oil change. Management has been receptive to my concerns in the past and did a good job at making the experience a positive one. read more

I have always brought my car to the Quick Lane locations to be serviced because they do a better job. I have no complaints about the work that was done. However, I will probably go to a different Quick Lane in the future because the customer service from Isaiah was truly awful. He was rude and short with me when he checked me in, the couple times we spoke on the phone and when I picked up my car. When we first spoke on the phone, he told me that I needed to replace a tire which is no problem. I was trying to discuss the options with him and he acted like he couldn't be bothered. I asked him if we could discuss the options when I picked up my car and he said yes but when I picked it up from him, he didn't offer any replacement options and didn't say more than a few words to me. It's fine though, when I got to my car I saw what he was referring to and drove directly to Discount Tire on Lake Mead and Durango and got all four tires replaced. So I went in to redeem it and the guy at the front had me fill out the paper work. Once I finished he asked for my keys and then laughed at me and said he couldn't do it because my car takes full synthetic and then tried to sell me on a "LOW PRICE" oil change... Brand new raptor, getting the oil changed at 1k miles(after break-in period) BRIAN PRINGLE, service advisor laughed at me for doing it. Just shows how ignorant you are. Also this dude walks at the pace of a 80yr old women with a walker, and that's when he can take a second and stop watching the tv in the lobby. Also took a hour just drop the oil, replace the filter and fill it back up, check fluids, and air pressure. Didn't even get the tires rotated or get the truck washed. (25min job at most!) I waited for two and a half hours for a front brake job that they told me I needed on my last service. When it was time to pull my truck in, they did not have the break pads in stock. They did not even bother to check to see if the pads were in stock while I was waiting! They are more concerned trying to upsell you stuff you don't need. I have never had any issues here. I did take off a star because you're always here for a few hours. When it was being built, the guys at the Ford dealership told me it would be much quicker but they're just as busy and it always takes some time. Also, on my most recent trip just a few days ago, their car wash was down and I wasn't compensated for that in any way, i.e. a coupon for the Terrible Herbst down the road, a coupon to come back for a free wash, etc. Everybody that works here is kind and helpful, and they never upsell you or swindle you. I've had a few issues come up during oil changes (most recently it was that my battery was going out) and I've always been charged a fair price and they don't pressure you to do anything right away unless it is truly urgent. It's conveniently located for me and I'll continue getting service here, even if it eats up a bit of my day each time. read more

Came in today for a routine oil change. As always, the people here have fresh coffee brewed, and greet you with a smile. While inspecting my vehicle, they noticed my rear breaks were out of tolerance. Tommy notified me of my rear brakes and showed me how worn they were. I told them to replace the brakes as it was a safety issue. Tommy did notify me that my rotors were still good, and that the pads are lifetime guarantee. Came here because a car that was just bought 5 days ago had an extreme gasoline smell. We were told to bring the car back Monday despite a fuel leak. An employee named Austin told us to come back, when I said it wasn't safe, he became extremely rude and told us "well then fine I don't know what you want me to do".. If they tell you 1.5 hours you better make it 5 .. today October 24 I brought my Ford Escape in for back brakes. My first oil change in Las Vegas was at Big O tires and I ended up paying close to 80 bucks for "other included services" and they left dripped oil on my engine so I had to go back. So I decided to stick with the dealership of the make of my car because they never let me down. Great experience, friendly guy at the counter and I wasn't scammed into buying other services because I'm a woman and "don't know any better". I will never be going back to this Quicklane. The advisor aspect of my service with Noel was fine, but I did not get an inspection completed on my vehicle other than them telling me "yup it looks fine"- zero measurements or recommendations on mileage even. They also charged me for a works package when I asked for just a lube oil filter service, and I watched them perform just the LOF and not rotate tires, but I was charged for a rotate with service. Now that it's time for my next service, I have brought it to Gaudin Ford and they showed me that my drain bolt wasn't even tightened on my car and was leaking. Thanks a lot! Will recommend everyone to go to a different Quicklane than the one at team Ford Lincoln. You do not deserve my business if you can't even properly perform an oil change. read more

This place is terrible!!! Not worth the trip. My Ford Escape was having battery issues. I called the ford dealership and they told me to take it to this place right next to the dealership for battery replacement. I talked to a technician (I use that term loosely) and he verified that the battery was under warranty and to bring it in. So the next day I jumped the car to get it started and I took it to this place. They"checked it out" and told me that the battery was not the issue since the car cranked back up after they checked it out. Not satisfied with their "inspection" I took the car to the main dealership and the told me that the problem with the car was...THE BATTERY!!! It didn't seem like this place really wanted to do their job. I advise everyone reading this to avoid this place. The name suits it because they were quick to avoid doing their job.
