Went in today for a simple quick oil change. I was/am satisfied with jiffy lube. I personally have using the company at least 20 years. This particular one is the first time using them. Did excellent on doing the tasks I requested in very timely manner. They were able work with me on coupon discounts to a reason price, thank you. David check all the reservoir tanks, filling them. The atmosphere at this location is friendly and warm. I went in for a desperate, last minute oil change and left feeling like I found a new home to take my little rinky dink car to. The courtesy, Kael, was quick to get all my info into their system: Delvin's attention to detail is phenomenal without laying on the pressure of needing to get a certain service done. They are respectable, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a fun time watching the team members interact with each other. Huge shout out to the general manager for his help tinkering with my stubborn headlight. Drove in for an oil change and I was quoted $126. I thought that was crazy for just a basic oil change so I looked up Valvoline and they were offering 50% off or $25 coupons on their website depending on the type of oil. I told the jiffy lube guy about this and he tried to price match and give me a discount. At that point $126 for a basic oil change felt like such a scam so I left. I went to Valvoline 5 minutes away for the same service and I only had to pay $60! read more

Saturday morning Blessings Had an appointment this morning at 8am and dropped my car off and went to a local Starbucks nearby to have some coffee and do a little reading. It's a short walk but it's a beautiful morning to walk where I am. I look up and the mechanic working on my car walks in and walks straight over to me. I'm like ," oh, you came in for a coffee break?" He says no, I came in to go over your estimate and tell you that you need new spark plugs." Ummm sir, you walked all the way over here and could have called me. He said it's okay, I knew you would be here and didn't mind, I need to go over your quote and have you sign. . Now, that's going over the call of duty, but this man has been my new mechanic since I moved to Vegas. The entire shop has a special group of mechanics and I know my car is being treated with TLC. I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Had my oil changed here and when I turned my car on to leave, my check engine light was on. When I told the "mechanic ", he said "oh. Nothing we did. Better get it looked at". But when I took it for a diagnostic 10 minutes later, they told me that whoever just changed my oil knocked a sensor wire loose. When I went back to show them the diagnostic results, the manager fixed it but still denied it was their doing. A few weeks later, I stopped in to have my fluid levels checked and tipped off. The young man said I was half a quart low on oil and he "topped" it off. That night, My car smelled like it was burning. When I popped my hood, the oil cap to my engine was sitting at the top of my hood!! See pictures below. My mechanic said if I would have driven it any further, I would have had a fire!!!! Had the Freon worked on because it was not blowing cold air they supposedly refilled it as I watched them. It still would not get cold. He told me to drive it around for a while. See if it works. If not, we're probably gonna have to do some major repairs the vehicle already had major repairs done on it, Dave, the mechanic did not do something right I took it elsewhere. Fast in and quick out. I'm very capable of doing my own oil changes in my lifted jeep. But the mess and the disposal are a pain for me. This is just too convenient for somebody else to do. They had a reasonable price and they even put a air conditioner tube through your back window to keep the interior cool. Ok that's a now must have as a service going forward. It was finally time for me to get a oil change on my new truck and having a Jiffy Lube close by made this task a breeze. Upon arrival, the team was very friendly and helpful. The team took their time to provide me all options available. Once in the bay, the team was able to get serviced started which was completed quickly. I was happy to learn that Jiffy Lube has really expanded their services since I last used them (which I admit has been a very long time). If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not the place to go for Uber inspections. The Female receptionist doesn't know what the F! She's doing. Called this AM to see if apts was needed she said "let me put you on hold and ask my technician" she can back and said "come by at 3pm today. 3:15pm we call to ask if it was okay to still come by as we were running late from a Dr apt. She asked for an ETA we told her about 20 min she said that's fine. So here we are racing over from the 95/rainbow. We get there and the manager named Joey! who was rude as fuck comes out and says "we can't see you come back tomorrow" we said we had an apt and we called at 3:15 to confirm if we can still be seen and he says "we don't do apt, it's first come first serve" well well then why did the receptionist have to check with her technician and tell us to come at 3pm this am followed by a confirmation call placed at 3:15pm. This place is a joke! The bald headed manager "Joey" is a complete asshole and doesn't know his role and what customer service is. He could have said "sorry brother about that, can you come first thing in the am and I'll take care of you!" Nothing! completely rude. Yo! You don't like your job find something that makes you happy. That good old Nevada sun is making your blood boil for nothing. People here ESP the receptionist needs training. And corporate has been notified in addition to the franchise office. I had went in for a oil change for a Honda fit 2016 and everything went well ( mind you this is my first time coming here) but when I got home I realized they did not screw the oil pan correctly so I had to wait an hour and a half for them to come to my house to screw it because I couldn't drive it it was dragging as I would drive. After almost 2 hours The guy comes then says he put a temporary hold on it and it should be good to bring it the next day to the shop so they can make sure it's screwed correctly. So the next day I go to their shop took them about 5 minutes to do it and they said it is secured.. About a week later it falls half way off AGAIN ! So now this is the 3rd time they had to screw it on correctly and waste my time and said they would bring the closest person to me which took him an hour and a half. At this point this is the 3rd time they attempted to screw it correctly and I had to go work so it was a huge inconvenience to me on top of it being my 3rd time regarding a simple task they had to do. I'm never going back again such a waste of time and inconvenience over something so simple to do. And the guy on the phone really said " idk why it fell off we fixed it" LIKE HMM YOU THINK IF IT WAS FIXED I WOULD BE CALLING AGAIN " so disrespectful I don't drive crazy or drive fast with speed bumps like wtf maybe do it right the first time I wouldn't have been upset. My mom had to get her oil topped off, so, we came here. We arrived mid afternoon and there were a few cars ahead of us. I did notice that as soon as we pulled up one of the service agents quickly proceeded outside to greet us! Being it was another blazing hot day in Las Vegas, his greeting made us feel so welcomed. We were escorted to the waiting room which was very clean and there was coffee station set up for customers to enjoy while waiting. I did manage to take a peek at what the other service agents were up to and all of them were doing their job and I think they're level of professionalism was fantastic!!! I brought my Z71 Texas Edition Chevy Silverado Diesel Truck in for an oil change. They put gasoline oil in my truck not once but 3 times before my mechanic caught it. Jiffy Lube promises to use manufactures recommendations to protect the vehicles warranty, that's a lie!!!!! As a result of the wrong oil being used the engine blew up. My truck is inoperable. Jiffy Lube refused to accept responsibility even though all invoices state they used gasoline oil and the invoice states clearly it's a diesel truck. Retained a lawyer and filed a lawsuit against Jiffy Lube seeking damages in excess of $50,000. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to them. read more
