Went to have my brakes done on my 2024 Hyundai Kona. The Mgr gave me a price of 787, which I've since learned is way too much since Hyundai only around 600 per axle. Anyway, I didn't know. So I waited for a couple hours then heard a guy say...blah blah Kona and I knew they were talking about me. I went to the counter where I was informed the rotors didn't fit and they'd have to order from the Hyundai dealer. I say ok so when will they be here? The mgr says between 8 and 9 tomorrow. So I bring it around 9. Guess what? They weren't there. Hyundai didn't get them to them in time. Mgr said he called and was promised a time, around 11. So I take it in. They take my car to the bay. I wait another hour or two and then the mechanic comes in and says Hyundai sent the wrong size rotors. I'm an Uber driver and time is money for me so this did not make me happy, Anyway to make a long story short, eventually the correct size was delivered and Dre the mechanic did it in no time flat. Give that man a raise, he was awesome. Can't say the same about the management and front desk people. Took me THREE days to get the job done, I will NOT recommend this store to anybody else. I needed a tire replacement and saw that they gave a 10% discount online to veterans. It says on the site to simply show your military ID and they give a 10% discount. With needing the tire replaced and a sensor I figured the 10% discount would be worth going there versus another place. When I went into the store, the person in the store said that the best they could do is $10. I even went as far as showing them the website and the discount on there. They told me I could come back on the next day and talk to the manager. I went in the next day and the manager just said that they don't do the discount. Clearly, big O offers it because it's on their website without any restrictions. read more

I took my car in for work on my brakes and it's very rare that I am satisfied with the money I have paid for mechanic work but this was my most positive experience I have ever had. The whole staff was kind and understanding being more then willing to help and work with me on the work and cost. The lady at the front desk and David the mechanic were both extremely focused on making sure my car was safe and the job was done right before I left even allowing me to come in for a follow up inspection all included within the original quote they gave me for the job. Seth, Marcus and Randy provided excellent customer service. I had a flat and came to this location. I had to have Ford roadside assistance come out to put the spare on. When I arrived at Big O, I was beyond livid with what Ford and their "brilliant" FordPass App, had put me through! I knew that I would be treated wonderfully at Big O, and I was right. I had a very strong feeling that I would have to buy a new tire, and I did. There were 3 nails in the tire. I had just come from Friendly Ford Service, and I do believe these nails were picked up within their service shop, I will say there is a possibility this may not be the case, but I believe it is. When Marcus took the tire off and brought it into the shop work area he came in and let me know what he found. He brought me out there to show me and I took photos. He told me that two of the holes could be repaired. However, the third one which was right on the outside edge of the tire could not be, there was a tear about an inch long. I knew Marcus was not lying to me, because I have heard when there are nails or tears or damage to that area of the tire they cannot be repaired. Fortunately, the tires were still covered under warranty from when I purchased them, so all I had to pay for was installing/mounting and a new warranty on the new tire. From the time that I entered their store, and the time that I left was less than an hour. Their professionalism and friendliness definitely put me in a better state of mind. I thanked All three of them very much and let them know just how much I appreciated them. I commend these three to the highest extent. I have been driving close to 40 years and for pretty much of those 40 years I have always dealt with Big O. They are absolutely doing everything right, the main thing being treating their customers excellently. I stopped shortly before they closed and had a wonderful experience. Jonathan politely explained that there were too many people ahead of me to help me today after I explained that I had a low air pressure warning on one tire. However, even though they were short staffed, he offered to put air in the tire for me so I wouldn't worry about getting home. He checked my pressure in all four tires, added air, and did a visual inspection of the tire I had a warning on. If the tire continues to leak, I will definitely be going back to this location to get it fixed! Also, I think it's cruel that the employees have to wear a black uniform in the desert sun. It was 109 degrees out according to my dashboard when I stopped. read more

I've been going here for quite some time now, but i had recently took my car to a mechanic & they told me whoever did my oil change last did not replace the cap, nor did they make sure they put back the cap. there's been no oil going to my transmission. the mechanic told me my engine could have really blown up. after so many times going here i thought all was good, but don't put trust in this place. you'll end up with no vehicle. You guys need to do better, some people can't afford to lose their cars but do they care to do their job seriously? no they create more problems so you can come back. if i can give 0 stars i would!!
