Don't get me wrong most of the time I come in on Sundays or early in the afternoon so as to miss the rush. But I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Value for your money depends on your situation. I tend to come when it is cold since I hate to change my own fluids in the cold. I also prefer not to change antifreeze since it is hard to dispose of. I have never had an issue with over 20 different vehicles I have brought in for service over the years. I do recommend this location. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. We always get the standard oil change for high mileage vehicles and they always have a list of other services that they can do depending on what's needed at the current mileage. We've had the fuel injection service and the radiator flush and also had the cabin air filter replaced. There's a huge glass window so you can see it getting done while you sit in the nice, clean waiting room.
