I usually have a good experience here. But today, not so much. They told me that my skid plate wasn't usable -- as they wrote on my receipt the "skid plate bolts were missing on arrival," and the "skid plate being held up by zip ties." They told me that they would have to take off the screws and then couldn't put it back. They showed me one of the screws that they say were stripped. Since I've only come here for oil changes (and once at the College Hill Valvoline), and I don't change my own oil, it had to be Valvoline themselves in the past who stripped the bolts and put on the zip ties, without telling me there was a problem. And their only solution was to chop off the bolts? They don't have any replacement bolts they could use? They did ask if I wanted the oil changed, before they took off the skid plate. I did agree, because I needed an oil change and, yes, they did the work. They said that the car probably would be okay without a skid plate. When I asked if the problem was that they don't have the bolts or if the problem is a bad skid plate, they replied that it's "either" that they don't have the plates or the skid plate is bad. Huh? In other words, they don't really know which is wrong, and didn't care to go the extra mile & try to find out and try to replace my skid plate. They really weren't that concerned that I was losing a car part here and a protection for the underside of my car, nor did they really take responsibility for the problem. And it wasn't an easy communication: the person handling the case spoke very quickly, with poor enunciation in between his words, so I needed to keep telling him to slow down & speak clearer. He hadn't really learned how to use a "customer voice." For the price, not sure I got good value here. I lost a skid plate, & will need to go back to my dealer to get a new one put on. (Correction: after calling the dealer, I went back and got the skid plate, which Valvoline had already thrown in the dumpster, and the dealer is going to see if they can put it back on, using Honda's bolts). As I said, I usually get good service here, but am totally unimpressed by the current crew they have working there. read more

We were quoted different prices for the same repair. We got a quote for a repair and then took the truck back the next week and they told us it was a completely different issue. The staff does not communicate well with customers or amongst themselves. The management does little to resolve any issues. They do not value your business. Take your hard, earned money somewhere else. read more

I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get customers in and out! The staff were all very friendly and they also have a screen for you to see the employee in the pit so you know they are actually doing what you are paying them to do. Like any quick lube, they always try to upsell you to change other fluids and spend more money, however they don't pressure you to death like a lot of other instant oil change places that I've visited in the past. They are very thorough and test your battery, check your wipers etc. and also have the replacements on hand which can save a person a lot of time and hassle of having to make an extra stop somewhere else to take care of it. Staff was completely unprofessional. I first came in for an oil change and a few days later I noticed a leak under my car. I took it in the other day and confirmed it was oil. I was told "It's not our fault, we wouldn't have touched it" "it's a gasket". I got no other answers than I couldn't be helped and was ushered out of the bay. I had to call in and speak to a manager about my issue and it still wasn't resolved. I had to pull teeth to even be told which gasket seemed to be leaking. The best part was apparently when I was previously in they noticed it and said "Oh we forgot to tell you, I guess that's our bad. sorry" Even the manager sat on the phone with me and said I don't know what to do sorry. This is not ok and I made that known. I need to mention that when I first came in for the oil change I was asked to buy numerous items when I clearly stated I only needed an oil change that day. I was the only female that needed service and I was the only one that was asked to buy more, as well as the only one that had a crew member get INTO MY CAR. Completely unacceptable service and treatment. Very sexist if you ask me. read more

Amazing! Fast, friendly and efficient! Not only was I able to get my oil change at a decent price but I was able to get new windshield wipers! Also replaced the air filter. He held it up in front of me and I was shocked. Also, apparently my rear brake light had been burned out and now it's replaced. I was thankful not having to get out of my car not just because of COVID but because I'm handicapped in its real pain in the neck. When I left later in the day I noticed my valve caps were missing on the right side of my truck. when I went back to tell them they said, they sometimes drop them into the lift and cannot get them out. I then asked if they had some they could put on and they replied, "no, but you can go to auto zone and buy some" Later that day I noticed something leaking under my vehicle. never again. read more

hmmmmm, this place is one strange bird. I have a place close to home that I always use for oil changes. But I was in the area, had over an hour and a half to kill before my next appointment and oh yea, I needed an oil change. While they are very informative about what they are doing, why they are shouting commands, what their cameras are for, etc..........they are sloooow. Remember I said I had an hour and a half to kill?? After I pulled out, I had enough time to get gas and get to my appointment! An oil change should never take that long. A little less show and little more work, Valvoline. And now on to the price- Yes my oil change is expensive and I'm used to that. But $101?!?! Really?? I usually pay $75 but hey, I don't usually get to watch the guy below my car on the the camera, lol. And the sticker. That sticker in my upper corner of my wind shield is my engine saver. I have to have it. Valvoline marked the sticker for a change in 3,000 miles. Uh no, not with that expensive synthetic oil. Nice try. I'll stick to my place close to home. read more

I have had great experiences EVERY time I've been to this location. Despite moving I still come back to this location every time I'm in need of an oil change or even a headlight replaced. I have gotten to know some of the staff and enjoy all of the friendly conversations while they are working on my car. They have cameras so you can see what is happening in front of and below your car which is an added plus. During one visit they were replacing my rear windshield wiper and something snapped, they were very apologetic and offered to replace the broken part for free. They ordered the part they needed to replace everything and I went back a week later and they were able to fix it very quickly. As long as their level of customer service continues I will keep going back! read more

From the beginning all employees were yelling profanities at each other. Some I cannot repeat. Then I get into the bay and the lead or manager or child in charge started harassing his employees to get the job done because he wants to get home. This was with 2 hours until closing time. The employee then proceeded to spill over two quarts of oil over my engine. To the young employee the manager was mostly harassing. Thank you for taking over and cleaning up the mess left by your manager and fellow employee. read more

Went here for a quick oil change and I wasn't disappointed. Great customer service. The whole service took 11 minutes and I got to stay in my vehicle. They had cameras below and above the vehicle so you could watch the service techs work on a screen next to the vehicle. They also did a check of lights, filters and fluids. They checked my air filter, showed it to me, and said it looked good. They checked other things like the transmission but they were not pushy about purchasing extra services. Will definitely be returning to Valvoline for future oil changes. read more

Just had my oil changed and a few other items taken care of. I felt they were fair on price and worked with me, with a competitors coupon and offered additional discounts as well. They showed me and explained the options. Their customer service was beyond a five star. They even opened the door for me to the waiting area.
