I ended up having a loose wire and loose vacuum hose. My car was ready the next morning. I ended up paying for only an oil change. I will be going to All Star for all of my cars needs in the future. Word of advice. If your mechanic saves you a couple 100$ or 1,000$. Pls be sure to tip them. You can't go wrong with All Star Automotive.

My family and I were over 350 miles from home on a camping trip at Suwannee River Rendezvous when our Denali suddenly started running horribly just as we were heading out to the springs. After a quick stop at O'Reilly's to pull the codes (which didn't help much), I asked for a recommendation, and they pointed me to J&W. I'm SO glad they did. I rolled in around 3:15 PM on a Wednesday, explained our situation, and let them know we had to be on the road by the next morning. Most shops would've either turned us away or seen us as an opportunity to charge a premium, knowing we were in a bind. But not J&W. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had us back on the road by 4:30--just over an hour later! The price was incredibly fair, the service was honest, and the kindness they showed us was unforgettable. Thanks to J&W, our family trip was saved and we were able to enjoy the rest of our time without a hitch. I found the shop by luck from my google search. Reviews look promising & as I was traveling alone I wanted to find a trusted shop if I could. Well, I did! Grady got me with a tow truck, got my trailer situated at his shop and even let me use his utilities as we had to stay the night to wait on the part. He ended up saving me $300 on the part (my vacuum pump went out) and had us back on the road by the next morning. I wish he wasn't a 3 1/2hr drive to get to otherwise he'd be my new mechanic!! Called about the valves SAME DAY and the guy said "we don't have any valves but you could buy some from us". 2nd visit for my A/C blowing hot ..left something hanging under my car. Spoke to corporate and all they did was shift the blame and tell is that "if we take it to a reputable mechanic to diagnose the issue"...they will DISCUSS liability... Theres nothing to discuss. The ac was working before yall replaced the ac filter and now there's NO ac at all...due to a fried ac blower motor. I was dealing with someone we'll call 'Andrew G" from corporate and now his extension number has been removed from correspondence emails and no one is returning our calls. Y'all NEED to make this right!! ​
