I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I remember when an oil change included topping off all fluids, checking and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, and cleaning the windshield. Those little details were part of what made your shop stand out. At my most recent visit, I brought in my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel for an oil and fuel filter change. I understand that prices have increased over the years, but this service was over $400. While I was there, I also asked if you could remount a tractor tire onto its rim. I was told to check inside, and the person I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. After returning to my truck to wait, I was then told I would have to leave the wheel and tire to be mounted later. I explained that I needed it mounted so I could get back to work. I was then told there was a car that had to be finished by 10:00 a.m., so it would have to wait until after that--or I could take it to the tire shop up the road. I paid for my service and left. I went to the tire shop that was recommended, and they had the tire mounted in less than two minutes for $10. I realize times have changed, costs have increased, and businesses face different challenges today. However, higher prices should not have to come with a decline in customer service. One of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer for so many years has been the quality of service your shop has always provided. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. Go here for the price, not for the service…read more Getting an oil change here takes about an hour. Add to that the fact that the oil change counter register also checks people out for diapers, toilet seats (I watched both of these sold before I got to even place my order), etc. And this process isn't a short one. The price is good: $44.99 for a full-synthetic oil change ($60+ elsewhere). But if your time matters, the 10 minute oil changes at Express Oil Change where you can sit in your car makes even more sense. I dropped this one more star for cleanliness. My car has nothing on the floors or seats inside it. I always keep it clean. When I got I to the car after the transaction was complete, I noticed a piece of trash under the seat. The old white guy who had moved my car had removed the old oil change reminder off the windshield and just thrown it under my seat! I assume his car is filthy then, but I don't want mine to look that way. That was poor customer service. I won't go to this location for an oil change again. I've had much better experiences at other Wal-Mart Auto Centers. But overall, if my time is short, I'll just pay more and go to Express Oil Change.

While I was there, I decided to get a full synthetic oil change since I was over due and they were already working on my car. It was about $45, which was obviously a good deal. Once I picked up my car, I noticed on my receipt they did not check my transmission fluid nor my power steering fluid, and noted that the service was DECLINED, due to being "sealed". I've had several oil changes in the past and this was never an issue. I have always been able to get those things checked. ESPECIALLY, when I've paid for them. When I got home, I decided to check my oil, since they did not show me while I was there. Which from my understanding, is what they are supposed to do. Any who, I noticed that although the oil level was good, the oil itself was dark. My husband had to go back up to the WalMart to bring this to their attention. The manager ended up telling him that they don't drain all the oil out when they change the oil, so they're mixing old oil with new oil and that's the cause of the color. HORRIBLE!!! To top it off, when I got in my car, oil was literally smeared all on the driver side door panel. Just completely the worst service I have ever received and I will NEVER go back!
