Two cars in the bays. I am the only car waiting I wanted 45 minutes for an oil change. A car pulls into the next lane over. The car inside left. They took the car ahead of it wait into the bay. Nothing was said to me. They marked up my windshield with a white marker. I ask them to remove it. They don't want it and said I was next. I told them I wanted over 45 minutes and not was bs they took another car before me. The employee with hoop earrings played an air violin in the air to me as I was leaving. I won't be back I recommend anyone else not to go here They are all commissioned sales people here. Update I waited over an hour on hold to get a live person at customer service. read more

I took my car to Take 5. They put the new oil on top of the old oil without draining the old oil. This caused my engine to blow. Take 5 admitted fault. They asked me to get three estimates for engine replacement. I got the estimates for them. They then said it was to costly to repair and cane and took the car. I was under the impression that because they took possession of the car that they would pay it off. They paid a small amount on the loan. Now I'm stuck paying on a car I don't have anymore. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO Take 5!!! read more

Apparently, this establishment hires incompetent employees who can't differentiate between an oil drain plug and a transmission fluid drain plug. I'm glad this ignorant establishment didn't change my oil since they have no clue what they are doing. Ridiculous. Stay away. Far far away. Zero stars if that was an option. read more

This used to be my go to oil change place, but not anymore. The discrimination I received from this place is ridiculous. I went in for just an oil change and was turned away for a coolant leak. they even went as far to look under my hood with a flashlight to try to "diagnose" where my coolant leak was I didn't ask for them to look for coolant or mess with the coolant. I asked for an oil change their reasoning was it's unsafe. I'm sorry, but isn't it part of an oil change to be around vehicle fluids? I believe it was discrimination on my vehicle because of me owning and older economical car, possibly not being able to upsell. The Valvoline oil change down the street had no issue changing my oil the same day. read more

First off, I'm going to start by saying the gentlemen were VERY polite to me. And I was made aware of there being people training from the beginning. But the amount of time I waited was ridiculous. There were just two cars in front of me. First took an hour. Second took about 40 minutes. And when I got up there I realized why, and it wasn't just because of the trainees... I told them I JUST needed an oil change. Didn't need new filter. Didn't need new wipes. Just. An. Oil change. But they tried to do EVERYTHING under the sun. And when they weren't doing that they were mucking around with each other. It eventually got done. I was late to my nieces funeral. I apologized for being rude, cuz im sure I was. But the service was just ridiculous. Nice people, though. Just needs more professionalism. read more

I have gotten my Oil Change here last 5 times and I looked back at all my receipts and notice their prices increased dramatically each time. Today of this writing my charge was $128.00 dollars! Twice as high last time my oil was changed. And, I purchased window wipers - as you'll read in previous reviews they're blades suck! Expensive blades that don't work. Tech wiped blades and asked me to squirt window cleaner and of course he said they're fine. I said, okay, drove off. I am to old get upset and it's better on my health return taking my vehicles back to dealership having all my work done. People, when reviews keep repeating itself believe it. Really believe it. Your money is your power and don't waste it coming here. read more

I've been going to the Springboro Pike store for years and the service has always been outstanding! Big thanks to Hunter H. down in the "pit" who informed the top deck guys that there was a leak on my transfer case. My car was under transmission warranty (with a different company) which I was able to get fixed and saved me $500.00 for repairs.... $85 for an oil change only for them to mess my car up. Left car turned off on the intersection. Turned it back on thought nothing of it. Ever since check engine light has been on. When I took it back he said I'd recommend you go to oreileys to check what the problem is. Why am I paying 85 for an oil change from a bunch of teenage kids. While doing the oil change after done they joked around about "that's not safe" yea we'll my cars messed up now. read more

The last 2 visits I've made here I've had oil leaks immediately after and had to go back to get things checked out again. They don't do a very thorough safety check. I spent over 30 min on hold with them with no response this last time. no apologies other than throwing their colleagues under the bus saying they should've done better work. I told them I didn't feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back and would be going elsewhere for service and they didn't care. read more

I was waiting at take 5 on Springboro pike in Miamisburg Ohio for about 40 minutes they were moving from left to right. As I approached the front I witnessed me and the car on the left pulled into place they finished the car on the left and I noticed Cameron pulled the next car on the left up I politely rolled my window down and Cameron informed me that he was gonna take the next car on the left which I felt was a act of racism cause I was African American and the man on the left was Caucasian I informed Cameron that is not ok i will leave. I had never experienced nothing like that and it was done in my face and Cameron thought that it was ok if you're African AmerIcan make sure not to go to this Take 5 I wish I can give 0 star read more
