They didn't pull that Jiffy Lube mess where they slap that crusty leaf (which I think they secretly keep in the top drawer of their tool box) on your air filter and tell you that your life depends on replacing it right away. I liked that I didn't have to get out my car and sit in a musty waiting room next to strangers for two hours. Someone came up to my car, asked how they could help, directed me to a bay, were very friendly, and sent me on my way within like five minutes. I noticed the guys talking to an elderly couple in the bay next to me, and I liked that they were treating them with so much kindness and they were laughing and joking and being friendly. My parents will be moving to this area and I will send them here for their basic service needs. I didn't have a coupon, but they knocked a few dollars off my bill and called it a "new customer discount." And they laughed when I didn't believe they finished my oil change so quickly, but took the time to show me what they did and how they did it in lightning speed.
