I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at the rear brakes, they told me I needed to have my rear brake pads replaced. OK, I did, and the charged me about $360 to do it. About two weeks later, the rear brakes started screeching loudly and I noticed a clicking sound, I knew something wasn't right and took it back them. They said problem fixed, it wasn't, started doing the exact same thing about a day later. Took it back about two weeks later, same result didn't fix the problem, brakes still screeching. My brakes weren't screeching until they worked on it! I wound up taking my car to AutoExtend in Powell and they told me that the way Webb's had tightened my emergency brake had basically burned up the rear pads that they had installed, they destroyed their own work! AutoExtend fixed my brakes, replaced the rear pads and drums all for $306. I should have known this place was going to hell when I stopped in and asked Brian if he could put in a high beam light for me. He said he would for $55. Really? Also, Brian straight up lied to face about my appointment time. I came in on a Thursday and he told me, "You made an appointment for Tuesday, don't you remember?" No, because I didn't do that. I can't do business with people I don't trust. This is a dishonest business and I'm going to let everyone I know who they really are. One of my worst experiences ever!

He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

Christian handled the diagnostics and explained that he would thoroughly inspect the vehicle and keep me updated. Christian went above and beyond from the very beginning. He first drove me to Enterprise to get a rental car, but they were completely booked. Without hesitation, he then drove me to Budget so I could get a rental there. He thoroughly tested my car twice and even had another mechanic drive and inspect it to make sure nothing was missed. He called to let me know everything looked good, but because he wanted to be absolutely certain, he offered to test it again on Saturday--his day off. True to his word, Christian called me first thing Saturday morning after driving and inspecting the car again. He said everything was running great and believed the issue had likely been a clogged catalytic converter that had cleared itself out. Christian was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. Was told diagnostic fee was $89 that they don't go by other codes their techs didn't pull. So gave her the codes we knew already so they'd know. Waited 2 hours and get called back. Tech says radio has "internal error" ... no kidding I knew that it doesn't work. Then told me they found the code I had given them for the cat error and said the tech said " internal error on cat". Are you serious?! They charged me $89 plus tax to tell me exactly what I told the service person checking me in. When I questioned she said they didn't do deep diagnostic cause I only wanted to pay one diagnostic fee then says they normally charge $89 per code, so it's not a single diagnostic fee. Imagine how many people they rip off with diagnostic fees alone! Literal waste of my time and money for nothing.
