Twice, I tried twice and waited 40-45 minutes before I even got my car thought about being worked on. I lost my patience. This last time when they finally came up to me I said I had 20 minutes before I needed to be gone and they said it wouldn't be done in time. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was dead. I was surprised to be the only customer. I was drawn in by the 25% veterans discount and taken aback by the relatively high prices. I sat in my car while they serviced my vehicle. Jose offered me a cool water bottle which was nice. The manager Sonny and his team are the most professional, kind, thorough, and educated employees I have ever met. I have been to this location a few times, and the service is always good, but this time we came to get the car taken care of, they out did themselves!! This was my first time experiencing Take 5. I was happily greeted from Emma with a smile and a cold water bottle. She was super sweet and explained options for my oil change. Isaiah helped worked on my car and even made sure my glove compartment was cleaned off from any smudges. Very kind. Manager Ryan was very friendly and professional. I appreciate him extending his services if I had any other questions down the road. Stopped in for my first time ever at Take 5 and now my last time. Went for an oil change after calling because I wanted to see if my oil was available and she said yes but once I get to the location they don't have it in stock. Not sure what's the point for a representative that doesn't even work at the location to answer the phone. Besides all of that get my oil changed and the following day I was had stains dripping in my driveway, so now driveway ruined. Now had to go back and they told me it would be done quick and there I was 1hr and half later for it to get replaced and fixed. Should've checked the reviews prior to coming my mistake. Isaiah and Emma were both professional and friendly! It was 115° outside and before we even pulled in, we were offered bottled water. We already knew we loved this place! They got us right in and did a great job of explaining our options. We could tell Isaiah really loves his job and took it seriously. I was expecting it to cost more but for an oil change and to flush our system it was only $70. You could also get a coupon online before you go. Wish I wasn't bummed about my experience, but have found that convenience does not trump quality when it comes to car care. What should have been a 15-minute oil change turned into a 45 minute ordeal. The gentlemen who performed the service apparently failed to tighten a gasket upon completion. When the safety check was performed, oil spewed everywhere and the oil change had to be completely redone a second time to ensure it was done properly and retain fluids once changed. As a result, the engine bay had to be washed down and dried (which I appreciated) in order to remove the oil and eliminate the smoke being emitted from the mess. In addition, the fasteners that held then protective cover were lost in the shuffle and left the cover hanging until my husband was forced to shear the cover off in order to keep it from dragging on the road. I would assume the service tech was either new or unfamiliar with the service he was performing. The tech was who assisted with the administrative aspect of the process was clearly annoyed at the vehicles who proceeded to wait in line while my services were completed by uttering profanity, eye rolling, etc. Unfortunately, the manager was not present until about 40 minutes in. I would like to think that my experience may have been different should he have been present. I do appreciate the manger, Ryan, who was friendly enough regarding the situation, and informed me to return if I have any issues... but... $100 for a botched oil change is not worth my returning. I chose Take 5 for the advertised convenience. What should have been a quick and easy oil change was very much not that. Suffice to say, we will not be taking our business to Take 5 in the future. I will not return nor would I recommend to anyobe else. Extremely overpriced and personal are argumentative. I called for price on synthetic oil change for my vehicle ( 800 #) the lady I spoke with stated cost would be 89.00 including oil filter and top off of fluids. I asked about coupons and she stated she would send me one that would bring price down to 59.99. I was happy and decided to try the place out, what would it hurt right? Boy was I duked, the guy said That I had called Canada and they don't honor coupon. The oil change was 89.99 pluss oil filter and ended up costing 129.00 for the total. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The absolute worst oil change place I've ever done business with and hoping my car isn't ruined down the road from them. Took my 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change. The girl with the blue hair working was asking the so called "store manager" Isaiah how to do anything and everything required for an oil change. Right then and there I should have noticed the red flag. Between the two of them you could tell they didn't know who was doing what and how/why. The next day I started my car up and notice a burning smell. I pulled out of my garage to notice tons of oil spilled and spewing out from underneath the car. I tried to call and the phone to this location is shut off and not in service. I wound up taking my car to the Take 5 at San Tan Mall and was lucky enough to have the store Manager Aaron work on my car. He was in complete disbelief of the improper service provided that cause my oil to leak all over my engine cover and exhaust. This HORRIBLE service also caused my check engine light and start/stop auto button to light up. As Aaron and his crew were working on my car they also noticed the other Take 5 in Queen Creek gave me someone else's receipt/customer information and never even put me on their system!!! How in the hell does that happen?! What is going on with this location!!!??? I was told their shop would put in a claim for the damages done me and I was told their claims dept. would follow up within 24 hours. Here we are 5 days later and still no follow up for your company. Does your company just not want to take accountability? Lesson learned!!!!! Don't trust this Queen Creek location and the so called "technicians" who don't know how to properly service a car. Also don't waste your time calling the mainline where no one speaks English and makes broken promises that people will call you back to address your issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat there for 50 minutes waiting for an oil change. They hadn't even started on our car within those 50 minutes. There were five workers there all working on one car or standing around doing absolutely nothing. Will NEVER be coming back to this place ever again. My truck never leaked oil in five years. I took it there for the first time for a quick oil change and now I'm dripping oil on my driveway.

I Pulled up to get my truck serviced since I live right next to it. The manager did not want to service my truck from the beginning. She said they don't have the correct information to service my truck since it is newer. I asked her if she could look it up. After a minute she said she could not find anything. I found the information for the oil and filter type within a minute. She still did not want to change my oil because it was not worth the risk. She spent more time trying to figure out why not to do it instead of figuring out how to do it. I would not recommend this establishment because they are not set up to service any new trucks apparently. I'll go a couple miles down the road to a business that wants to change my oil. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! Sorry no Stars. I will say the teenage boys were nice and polite but that's the only nice think I can say about my experience. I just went in Monday afternoon for a basic oil change. I could tell that they were struggling with the filter because the whole car was rocking trying to replace it and could actually hear the kid underneath grunting. This morning when I pulled out of garage I hear a bazaar sound so I stop immediately in the driveway and notice that the oil filter is sitting there on the garage floor and all the oil they put in yesterday is now flooding out onto the driveway, all of it. No one at the actual location answers the phone. No one at corporate customers service answers the phone. No one at corporate customer responds to emails. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED BY THIS COMPANY. I don't know if they damaged my car. I don't know if they're going reimburse me for the mess I have to clean. I don't know if I'll get a refund. It is listed everywhere that they are open 9 AM to 5 PM on Sundays. Even when you call that's when they say the hours are. We had a scheduled appointment for 2 PM on Sunday when we arrived. The entire place was closed and locked up, we had received several reminders about the appointment and never were told that it was going to be closed. read more

Stopped in and asked a Young Lady, EMMA, if they could help. She kindly said, " No Problem. Just pull Your Car around and I'd be happy to help." After a short wait, EMMA herself, promptly checked, not just the tire that was low, but all 4 tires. Air them all up, and gave Me new air nozzle caps. I just want to give EMMA her flowers. I took my vehicle to Take 5 #722 in Queen Creek Arizona. Lukas and Cameron worked on my vehicle. When I pulled up I believe that I was greeted by Lukas. I informed him right away that I was a veteran and asked if I was eligible for the 25% discount to which he replied, of course. I went ahead and proceeded with my service and Lukas showed me the engine air filter and recommended that I get it replaced originally told him no, but after thought, I said to him, "Since I am getting the 25% discount, go ahead." He replaced the filter and they went on to do the oil / filter change. Now here goes the issue - when Cameron settled the bill he told me that they would NOT honor the veterans discount since I didn't have my DD214 or a veterans ID. I explained that Lukas said I was all good and that I would have never asked for the air filter to be replaced. He told me No ID, NO Discount. I tried showing him my USMA, West Point Class Ring that is engraved with my name, to which he said I may have stole it, or have been given that by my grandfather - Mind you, I am almost 50 years old and my ring clearly says 1996. I asked him to put back in my air filter since the only reason I was having the store do it was due to the discount to which he kindly refused saying - "You already agreed to the service." I offered to have my wife come down with my DD214 and he responded "It's too late, I already rang you up and I can't give you the discount." At this point I am disappointed beyond belief.... Had I originally been told I needed my DD214 or some ID up front, I would have come home and retrieved it. I will not be visiting Take 5 ever again, and if for some reason someone asks me for a recommendation, I will be sure to tell them where NOT to go. read more

I'm all for giving new businesses a chance to get up and running, but after multiple, severe errors, I need my community to be informed... I've been here ~5 times between 2 vehicles. The team is nice, although they were wrestling in front of my car last time. The main issues: 1) They cross threaded the bolt on my oil pan, leaving metal shavings in my pan. To make up for it, I was offered 1/2 off my oil change. 2) On a different car, they only filled the radiator halfway which ultimately left my wife and kids stranded on the side of the road when the car overheated..not to mention the potential engine damage as a result. 3) We turned on the windshield wipers and they went flying off into the road. 4) We tried any number we could find for this location and for Take 5 corporate. Most of them didn't go through. After 5 tries, we finally left a voicemail at corporate. We have not received a reply. 5) I went down to the local auto parts store and mentioned Take 5. They had plenty of stories to tell where their mechanics come in asking for help when they've accidentally drained the wrong fluid, or made other mistakes on vehicles that they need to try and repair. .... To top it all off, I tried to fill out a Take 5 survey that was emailed to me by them. I decided to take the time to fill it out so that their team would be informed. Almost comically, my survey was submitted and came back with an error, erasing everything that I had typed in. ... So, here I am on Yelp. Buyer beware indeed! read more

I stopped in yesterday for an oil change. They opened at 8am and I arrived a few minutes after 8. There was one car ahead of me which they finished in about 5-10 mins. While waiting Jose came out and greeted me and explained how everything worked. When I pulled in for service they gathered mileage and the VIN and showed the options for the oil change. My truck has over 160k miles so I use synthetic oil. I asked them to check my air filter and they showed it to me and said it did not need to be changed. They applied coupons for some discounts. I can go back anytime for a top off of fluids and new wipers up to 6 months. There were only two people there working Jose and Kailee but there was only one car ahead of me and no one behind me so getting there early was the best way to go. From a value perspective I think it was a bit high but my oil was changed, tires aired up, fluids checked, air filter checked window washed, new wiper blades installed and I was out in 20 minutes for $110. Overall I would go back but make sure I have coupons. read more
