Today I went in to get an alignment that I was told was overdue from the dealership. Jeff greeted me as I went in and was super attentive to what I needed. I told him the dealership said I needed an alignment and he did a FREE alignment diagnosis. Joe was the Technician that did the analysis. Come to find out I'm about a year out of an alignment need. Short story, this place and these people, Keith and Gtreg are great, I will be back. I had an intermittent rubbing sound coming from one of my front wheels (Tesla) when stopping and when I dropped the car off, it wasn't making the sound or vibration that much. Then when the technician looked at it, or course Murphy's Law, it was not making the sound or vibration at all. No charge. Brought my car in on Monday and was told they could do the services I asked for and estimated it be done Thursday. After 3 days they call me to tell me they haven't done anything and can't get the car on the lift. Charged me 400$ for spark plugs lol. I told you that that was already my issue and I was already charged 150$ diagnostic and then to be charged another 200+ for spark plugs and to be told there's nothing else to do? Ridiculous. Do not come here unless you have minor issues. They will charge you for a whole lot of nothing. Update: for the reply, my car blew the spark plugs as soon as I left. I blew black smoke seconds after I left the lot. Replaced them and got some better performance coils, used YouTube and replaced the PCV and it's crazy my car was working fine.. again... I called right as they opened Monday morning needing to get my vehicle's Alignment fixed due to replacing the steering rack over the weekend. They didn't have any open appointments but told me to bring it in anyway and leave the car and they'd try to get me in between appointments when/if they could. They called me two hours later and it was ready to go. My alignment came out perfect. No more pulling or weird sensations in the steering AND the Steering Wheel was perfectly centered as well. Just an outstanding job. I'd had this same car and our van's alignments done here around 2-3 years ago when I first got the vehicles. And the alignments came out great. I've tried a few shops that were closer to my home and cheaper since then, as I replaced tires and what not, and I definitely didn't get near as good of alignments done and especially annoying was the steering wheel never being quite back to center like it should. I'll definitely be passing up those other shops and going back to Network Automotive Service Center from now on. read more

I can't say enough good things about this business! I work best by and three times I have stopped by needing help! No big repairs, changing light bulbs, checking tires when tire pressure light was on. Most recently something was loose and hanging down by y front wheels. Came for a oil change for a couple months ago. They forgot to put the oils cap back on and over a next couple days all my oil leaked out. I was driving my car with no oil & my engine could have been toast. I filled it with oil on my own. When I brought it back to explain what happened they checked my car but didn't replace my oil. They brushed it off like it was no problem. They wrote me a check for half of what I paid for my service. This was the location on rittenhouse. They weren't able to do same day which is expected for the work I needed done so I was scheduled out a few days. I asked them to have my sticker for the oil change go a little longer than the 5000 miles and they listened and were willing to put that on there for me. Had taken my BMW to a tire shop for an alignment. It was about $116 steering wheel wasn't straight.. Took it back within half mile. They couldn't fix it. I came in for an oil change and I waited in the lobby during my oil change. It was interesting to see how the guys at the front desk responded to the ladies coming in compared to the guys. The ladies were mocked as soon as they left, and told them it's going to be a week for an appointment. The guys were told to leave their car in for the day. No appointment needed. My car was ready for 20 minutes and I did just sit there to see how long it would take for them to give me my car keys back. This place also has a credit card fee, just an fyi. read more

My family and I moved to Queen Creek in July. My vehicle has always been well maintained and had regular service completed at a local repair shop near our old home. I took my car in for an oil change and the mechanic stripped out the oil plug and they told me they couldn't fix it and that I needed a new oil pan! Well $600+ later and my car is still leaking oil! Even though they had my car for 2 days they never mentioned that my front tires were so bald that the wire mesh was showing nor did they rotate them as they claim to do even with it printed clearly on all advertisements and coupons! The mechanic who completed the repairs never mentioned anything was found to be wrong when I picked up my vehicle and nothing was mentioned in the notes! I only discovered this very dangerous situation after finding a massive lake of oil under my vehicle on our brand new driveway! I crawled under to my vehicle to see if I could see where the leak was possibly coming from only to find the front tires were so bad and completely unsafe to drive! SERIOUSLY! How do you fail to not inform your paying customer of such a dangerous situation? Good thing the Network Automotive mechanics have such keen eye for dangerous & hazards issues when it comes to checking over the vehicle throughly! They claim to do a full inspection of the vehicle during the routine maintenance services but they are definitely NOT providing this service to its customers! I will definitely find a new shop to handle the routine maintenance of all of my families vehicles. I would NOT recommend this shop to ANYONE!! read more

There was a problem with a sensor that was replaced a year ago and they replaced it with a new one free, it was still under warranty. Wow... What a great shop... I took my Mini Cooper in for some major repairs. In the process of the repairs the mechanic notice some leaking in the cooling system hoses. I was informed a 430pm on Saturday that they needed a T coupler that was only available from Mini and my car wasn't going to be finished until Monday. Left with no other transportation and having to be at work on Monday I didn't know what I was going to do without my car. A hour and a half after the shop closed I received a call from Dan. ,"They were able to get the part from Mini after the parts Dept was to close and Dan kept his service people over and they finished my car for me. I just want to say that I had the best experience with these guys. I have a 2006 Chevy and it had a leak in the power steering. I took it in , it was the seal in the steering box that was leaking. They fixed it but experienced other issues after the fact. Needless to say they dug in to the problem, figured it out and if it was not for the techs at Network... I would have the problem still... I have seen for say that it I s the tire size that is the issue No!!!!. They took control and fixed my issue even though it cost them a power steering pump that they absolutely would not charge me for. This is honesty at its best . Recently bought tires at the nearby Discount Tires and I asked for a referral for a wheel alignment. They recommended, and provided a coupon for, Network Automotive. I called and got an appointment for the next day; got a 4 wheel alignment and an oil/filter change. Their wheel alignment equipment was 'state of the art' and they provided the before and after measurements of the alignment. This place didn't use to be this bad. Maybe new ownership or greed. I had been taking my vehicle here since they opened up. Recently my mom took her vehicle in and noticed something leaking in the driveway. What a mess to clean. Nevermind that had her engine could have blown if all the oil leaked out. Regulators will find out about this one. Apparently the filter was loose (see video). Maybe they wanted her to come back to report a leak that they could charge more for; I doubt they would have said it was a loose oil filter. Maybe they wanted her engine to blow then she'd really need them. My mother is no fool so their first mistake was thinking they could get one over on her. Beware! Shame on them, they have just lost my business and the 20 other friends and family who go there. read more

You have lost a customer. I have had work done here before and after being quoted almost 450 for changing spark plugs in my passenger car, i wont be back. So lets break this down, 4 plugs OEM 25 bucks each, 1.2 hours labor (standard book hours from dealer) even at 200 per hour doesnt come to 450 bucks. now i called another repair place and they quoted around 250 (non OE plugs, NGK)..seriously is this how you expect to keep customers by attempting to screw them. There are a lot of places to get maintenance done, it wont be you. very disappointed. I will change them myself. read more
