Slow, slow, slow on Saturday 11/15/25. Apparently one of the employees overslept and so they were short a man. Than being said, the employees still seemed to be in no hurry. I was the first one in line and still waited over an hour before finally getting someone to pop the hood on my vehicle. Nice people, slowest service. read more

Just took my car in for service a few months after an oil change at Lube Stop. I'm told they ruined my car! They overtightened screws and now the entire oil pan has to be replaced - $400!! Also, this shop tells me they did not replace the filter with a brand name - as they told me they did. Not only will I never return, but will be following up in small claims. Stay away! read more

worst consumer experience i've ever had while trying to get a simple oil change. i pulled into the lot. the guy waved me into the garage. i wanted to get out of my car, he told me i had to stay in it and they would do everything while i was in my car. i told him i wanted to go next door to the bank while they changed my oil. he said i had to stay in the car and then i realized why. when you pull into this garage you are accosted by desperate salesman trying to milk you for every dollar you have. there were dudes swarming around my car. at least 5. one was spraying my locks with something that looked like WD40. which i didn't want him to do. WD40 breaks down oil. when it came to the oil change they told me i had to get the synthetic oil because of "the mileage on my car". my car has 30,000 miles. problem was that i didn't want to pay $70 for an oil change. i was thinking $30. they had a $35 option, but the guy told me it wasn't right for my car and i had to get the $70 change. i said "i don't want to pay $70 and i don't want you to put the wrong oil in my car, so i suppose i'll leave." he said "you can't, we already drained the oil from your car." there was a guy under my car draining the oil before i even picked a service. so i had to stay. he wouldn't even tell me what brand of oil they used. it was ridiculous. i told him to just give me the basic oil change. (there were 4 price options). slightly more than the basic was the "eco oil change". they tried to sell me on that, but couldn't explain the difference, other than that "it was better for the environment." but they couldn't tell me in what way it was better. while they finished changing my oil, they tried to sell me a new rear reverse light, a new cabin filter and air filter. they were even shoving my dirty air filters in my face. saying "this is what you breathe". goddamn i don't want to breathe it directly. and they even handed me an invoice showing all this work for $170. it was insane. in the end i got the basic oil change without extras. but damn did i have to fight for it. next time, i'll just go to the dealer. i assume this is just their business model at Lube Stop. I'd never been to one before. but i hated it. it was really crazy. p.s. the dude knocked $5 off the change because he could tell i was pissed. but even still they get 1 star. read more

If I could give this business a ZERO I would. I had my oil changed March 4th I received a full synthetic blend recommended by my cars manufacturer. This oil should last in a car for 5months or about 6thousand miles. May 31 I started hearing a knocking noise while driving my car. I was told that my problem was what is called a rod in the motor. which happened when the oil runs out or when the oil is old the engine gets too hot ruining the connecting rod on the piston causing it to break and this is what caused the knocking noise. I contacted the shop and spoke to the manager Brian who came out to look at the oil in my car, asked to turn my car on so he could hear the noise, and took pictures underneath my car. He said the oil was 1quart low and that there was a leak under my car. He tired to show me a picture of the lea which did not show any leaking and he said that it was because of the lighting. I have never had any oil spots in my driveway or ever been told there was a leak in my oil pan before. When he left he told me he would be submit a report to his corporate office and district manager and someone would be in contact with me either later on that day or Monday. I asked for a contact number for him, he said that he could be reached at the store and if he's not there one of the associates would be able to call him on his cell. Monday came and I still hadn't heard from anyone so Tuesday morning I called to ask for the number to corporate or district manager. Brian stated those numbers where not available to the public and that he would call and tell his manager to contact me. Three hours passed and I still hadn't heard for them so I went to the company site and submitted a complaint. The district manager Keith called me an hour later and said based on Brians review of my car it was not the oil change but a malfunction with my cars engine. I told him the issue my car was experiencing and that it was directly linked to the engines oil. Then Keith said I drove my car over the mileage which I still have 200 miles before the sticker recommended oil change. He also said the type of oil used does not determine how often a oil change is performed but is determined by the car itself and recommendations as to when the next oil change is provided by the manufacturer. I ended the call seeing as that he was not here to help me get my car fixed but instead to tell me that my car was ruined to a malfunction or my personal error. After reading google reviews other complaints have been made about the technicians not putting enough oil in the cars. And I personally believe they use recycled oil. My oil in my car is black and tarry which Brian failed to report to his district manager. read more

Lube Stop is awful. Jon, the " manager" is the worst customer service personal there is. No greeting or anything when you get there. They broke a part off my car and gave me a small discount. When I called him out on it, he told me to come back in 3 days. Awful service and awful people. I won't recommend this to anyone who has a car. read more
