When I started the car I noticed the check engine light was on. I called the shop first thing when they opened on the Monday and explained what happened and asked if it was ok to come in and have them take a quick look to make sure nothing was loose or out of place possibly or something else? I was told to come down it was no problem at all! All the work under the hood was checked and all was well and the car was then hooked up to the diagnostic machine and it was an error P2401(gas cap!!!!!) No charge to hook up and diagnose It either!! This was so nice and showed great customer care and I really appreciated it!!!!

I had an incident recently where a crack developed in my windshield within an hour of leaving after my service completion. It started at the bottom in the same area they were accessing the cabin filter where the cover tabs need to be pried off. Of course the worker was having trouble enough for the manager to go over to help and put in a new peg that was damaged. Thought nothing of it. So after getting to the car wash noticed a crack starting so I go back and it gets longer and eventually stops. Talked to manager, he said its not possible that it was from their work that a stone hit it. This was not possible because the crack started underneath the cover they needed to take off. Needless to say, I'll be driving with a cracked windshield until I can afford the $500 to replace it. Needless to say, I'm never going back and neither my circle of friends.

The drain plug is stripped and it is not an inexpensive fix. I suggest you go back and see if they will take care of you." Upon my return after explaining my situation, not only was the owner rude and shouting from his office desk, he refused to even look at my vehicle saying, "How do I know that I was the last shop to work on it? You have 24 hours to complain after a job..." Looks like my 25 dollar oil change is going to cost me a new 800 dollar oil pan change. I was more than a little upset when leaving. I told them that this is an emergency, got two kids in the car, and a family traveling from the USA. They said they are all tied up and there is nothing they can do. Called up Reggie Automotive and they said they will try to squeeze me in even though they are all booked. Bruce was so good and understanding, we waited an hour and a half, but our tire was replaced. You got that right me thinks not......We Will Be Done In A Jiffy more like "Damage Your Car In A…read moreJiffy" Having inspected my car not 3 hours before for a nail flat to verify a good job done I decided to bring my car to this Jiffy Lube ....they can look at it for free....never again will they touch any automobile I own. I always check my car anytime it is on a lift so I knew exactly what shape it was in before taking it there and there had been no damage except for cuts in the running board and a cracked in the air scoop. In the time I was there and no confirmation given I would have expected them to inform me of any issue yet nothing was said except for we don't have the tool to do this work. The moment I got my car home this is what I found but first I'd like to say for the amount of damage I would have had to drive into a 4 inch 3 foot wide pothole. The air scoop had been pulled down causing the fasteners that hold the skid plate assembly against the bottom of the engine. The actual skid plate was also bent down so now the entire assembly was at least 3 inches lower. Leaving a message did not result in a follow up call and you guessed it I had to call them back to hear the claim that the damage was all ready there, yet nothing was said when they looked at the car. Needless to say I had to tie it up to prevent it from dragging. So now not only do I need transmission service but a also the complete skid plate assembly... NICE FRACKIN BUSINESS MODEL

I really…read moreonly ended up at this tire shop because it was beside the transportation ministry office I updated my address at. This place has been absolutely great to do business with. Their prices seem extremely fair, the staff are very friendly, helpful and seem very knowledgeable. I had taken one vehicle I had recently purchased to them to have them supply and install a set of winter tires (which turned out to be the quietest and most comfortable winter boots I've had) and had them store the OE set for the remainder of the year. The storage rate was very fair as well, and they ensured the existing debris was washed away before they stored them! 1 new winter tire did need minor rebalancing, but not only did they ensure they accommodated me at my convenience, they spun the remaining 3 as an extra measure. I've since returned with that vehicle, as well as a second car to have the summer sets remounted and both sets of winters stored. Again, very friendly, helpful and fair-priced on both of those occasions as well. There is one fellow that works at the front counter, that I met on my 2nd visit that seemed very defensive/nervous/stressed, but I have been in retail most of my adult life, and specifically in the automotive industry so I just chalked it up to a bad day, night before thing and am glad that mannerism didn't deter me from going back, the rest of the staff are so friendly and professional it easily made up for that one visit. You honestly cannot go wrong to visit these folks, in my opinion.
