I ordered a new tire from Enns and arrived for my appointment to have my tire replace. Enns managed to fix my punctured tire in 20 minutes and saved me from purchasing a new tire. I highly recommend Enns in Niagara-on-the-Lake for tire and battery service.

I send my ford escape for clicking sound in the back, they told me it needs rear Differential…read morereplacement, they kept the car for two weeks and then called me to receive it and pay $4376.98 for the repair which was more than what the ford dealer charges and then they said the car needs brakes, but I said , why didn't you call me earlier to mention this when you had the car setting in your shop for two weeks , ( is it a way of getting more money out of me) I was just thinking in my head. I took the car feeling disappointed that they didn't tell me earlier about the brakes, then when I drove it I hear rattling from the back I took it back to them, they said it needs 2 wheel stabilizers that cost about $400 to get rid of the sound, and then again I asked them why didn't you repair this or at least inform me about it when you had the car for two weeks, their answer was that they didn't notice. This is a very poor service, and a way of making unjustified money out of the customer. it is untrusted way even if they didn't intend to because I told the administrated person ( Derek ) to fix any thing in the car but he had the car for 2 weeks and just neglect what I said to him. I am very disappointed that a place like this who was my mechanic shop for about 30 year has gone that bad, I can't go back to them any more I prefer to go to some other place who can be trusted.

I feel this is an honest shop as they told me that although the sensor had tripped, no evidence of damage was present and that all seems ok with my engine. The $45 price tag that come with this is somewhat disappointing, but that's the price of having a car I guess. Honest people there. I feel good about going there and referring others.

I went in to fix a leaking tire. It was end of the day and the shop was almost closed, but they…read moretook me in anyway. I knew where the tire was leaking and I told the owner, he verified and said that there was nothing there. I insisted until he finally saw the leak and impatiently said "step back, sir, let me do my work, I have some experience with tires" (irony detected). I was baffled, but ok, I stepped outside. Then he shouted from the shop "I hope you have cash on you, because debit is out". I hadn't and offered him the option to get some from a nearby ATM and his answer was "make it fast!". Well, got the money, tire is fixed, problem solved. If you want to take your car there, be aware of the owner with rough edges and "some experience with tires". Otherwise, there are other options on the same street (Niagara Battery and Tire, Midas Auto repair) that I will explore in the future.
