When Tim couldn't upsale me on the more expensive oil change he was furious He poured the oil in and said he wasn't responsible for what happens to my engine. He under inflated my tires and never checked anything else. He refused to reset the oil warning on my dashboard. When I asked for help he waved for me to pull out. Stay away unless you want to pay for overpriced filters washer blades. I never had this problem with the one on 82 in Strongsville. read more

Be careful, only come here if you have plenty of time and money. They overcharged me and there was only one person ahead of me, but I had to wait 30 minutes. They are much slower than other take fives. I recommend trying a different location. The one here next to the mall is very slow. My first time at a Take 5 or any other quick oil change place. I was Very Pleasantly surprised at the Awesome service I got today. I usually go to a dealership and that is a 2-3 hour ordeal. I was in and out of there so fast. The guys working there were all so nice. They greeted me right away and even gave me a bottled water. Went here for the first time today. I usually get my oil changed at the dealership but was in the neighborhood and needed it done, so I decided to give this place a try. My Escape uses a synthetic blend, so the price was higher than your typical $30 oil change. I paid around $65 for the oil change alone. Also spent $40 on super nice wiper blades which they installed for free. The whole process took about 24 minutes. I have a skid plate underneath that added a few minutes. Sitting inside my vehicle was nice instead of a boring waiting room with 10 year old Field and Stream magazines. Cory took care of me. He's an Army veteran and did a fantastic job. Explained everything as he did it and made me feel welcome. I would have no problems coming back here in the future. Only drawback is the price and that fact that they don't do tire rotations, but this place still gets 5 stars in my book read more

The workers are kind and have their service down to a science. I was pleasantly surprised to be handed an ice cold bottle of water upon arrival. The place runs like a well-oiled machine. You never need an appointment and I was in and out in 33 minutes. Only been once but will definitely make this my go-to for oil changes. Great customer service and not in a fake way where they're only doing it to get good reviews. Genuine, down to earth people- mainly interacted with Chris, the cashier. Its been 8 minutes since they directed into the bay. No other communication. 3-4 guys working on other car, but apparently no interest in changing my oil. Weird. I pulled out - will get an oil change where treatment is better. Not sure why they even have two bays. Sat in line for half an hour. They appear to be able to work on one car at a time. The owner could save money by renting out the second bay as storage space. The sign on the front of the building says 'fastest oil change on the planet'. I figured I should be able to time that with a stopwatch, not a sundial. Never again. read more

Just popped in for a quick oil change. Usually go to a dealership for a oil change/multi - point inspection/tire rotation combo but I was in a hurry. Very professional service. Price was a little high ~$40 for the oil change and inspection (no tire rotation)... but it was a very quick service. Like 15 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of my car. So... lazy me would happily pay an extra few bucks to not have to sit for an hour in a waiting room. read more

So the people are super friendly, but when the guy came over to sell me a new air filter, I asked for the price. He said $12.99...I said ok, I'll take one. I even said "are you sure it's not like $20".. He said "nope, $12.99" my bill comes and it's $24.99 and I said no, he said it was $12.99. The guy says, well that's wrong. I was just amazed!!! Very good service. Very professional and not pushy. Informative about what manufacture recommendations are but not super pushy on up-selling these services which I appreciate. Elijah was great to deal with and has good customer service skills and Brian did a great job under the Jeep - equally professional. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and personable and got the job done quickly. However, my vehicle takes 0W-20 oil. This particular oil weight was only avaliable in their 2 most expensive packages. I had no intention on spending over $60 for a basic oil change. I felt ripped off. In a conversation with one of the employees about oil weights, he told me newer cars are running on lighter oils because they last longer than heavier ones. This tells me that upper management is aware that more and more vehicles are using the lighter oils and are purposely not making them available in their less expensive packages just to get more money out of us. For shame Take 5, for shame. The only reason for the extra star was the service was impeccable and the staff was friendly. Until I can get a reasonably priced oil change, I will not be back. read more

Great service. Went in for an E-check, and from the minute I got there they practically rolled out the red carpet. I was introduced to the entire crew as they immediately began servicing my car. They pointed out that my windshield wipers and engine filter needed replacing and answered my questions. They also pointed out that my tires needed replacing and recommended Walmart for good prices.
