I needed an oil change and a few other small things inspected, and had some free time on Christmas Eve before the family festivities, so I decided to stop in a little before noon. The guy at the desk greeted me and asked what I needed done. I told him, and he said even though they were attempting to close around noon, he would fit me in. I sat in the very comfortable waiting area (plush leather couches, nice rugs, a couple TVs and tons of magazines) for about 45 minutes total while they worked on my car. The guy I had checked in with made sure to come out and update me that my oil change would be a little more than expected due to some fancy Honda oil my new car requires. I am no car expert, so I had to trust what he said, but he seemed to be very genuine and earnest. I also appreciated him checking with me rather than just doing it and billing me more later. When my car was ready, the same guy checked me out and gave me some helpful information on the other items I needed inspected. He could have just tried to sell me things, but rather, he told me to check in with my dealership first and if they could not help, to come back and he'd give me a good price. He also gave me a customized Rad Air chocolate bar made by Olympia down the road - silly, but nice touch! I left feeling satisfied and positive. I will definitely make sure to go here for all my future car needs.

Today I went in because the nails holding the fender lining came off. The guard was in good condition but needed to be screwed back in so it wouldn't break off as I'm driving. The employee at Conrad by the name of Chris, came out inspected and after more than 6 tries and an hour later found the perfect bolt and nut to fix it. Otherwise I would have to go back to the dealership to get what I needed. I was extremely impressed with Chris. He didn't give up, made various inquiries until he found what he needed. We take both of our cars there for routine maintenance and for any repairs. They do excellent work at very fair prices and won't beat you up on price like the "big guy" competitors. Mike is usually waiting there behind the counter to welcome you with a smile. He greets my wife or I by name every time and provides excellent customer service. You don't feel like a number or a dollar sign like you might at other places. It really seems like a family oriented atmosphere where they care about their customer.
