I needed an oil change and a few other small things inspected, and had some free time on Christmas Eve before the family festivities, so I decided to stop in a little before noon. The guy at the desk greeted me and asked what I needed done. I told him, and he said even though they were attempting to close around noon, he would fit me in. I sat in the very comfortable waiting area (plush leather couches, nice rugs, a couple TVs and tons of magazines) for about 45 minutes total while they worked on my car. The guy I had checked in with made sure to come out and update me that my oil change would be a little more than expected due to some fancy Honda oil my new car requires. I am no car expert, so I had to trust what he said, but he seemed to be very genuine and earnest. I also appreciated him checking with me rather than just doing it and billing me more later. When my car was ready, the same guy checked me out and gave me some helpful information on the other items I needed inspected. He could have just tried to sell me things, but rather, he told me to check in with my dealership first and if they could not help, to come back and he'd give me a good price. He also gave me a customized Rad Air chocolate bar made by Olympia down the road - silly, but nice touch! I left feeling satisfied and positive. I will definitely make sure to go here for all my future car needs.

I even had a suggested mileage chart of when to do it They have an easy to navigate website where You can make an appointment right online! I also got an estimate on tires without having to go in to the shop. I love this place, and if you need to get your car fixed, I suggest you go to Conrad's.. They were very fast and even vacuumed my car for me, along with some freebies (air freshener, smells really nice, dash wipe, bottled water for myself and my passenger, suckers and a free car wash) I enquired about the price of my next oil change without a Groupon coupon and it's comparable to others only they give you more here. I've been to NTB for all my tire/alignment/shock absorber needs for at least 10 years but, because of this, will never step foot in NTB again. UPDATE 2/6/22 -- I received a call from NTB customer service saying they want to "make it right" and offered to send out a $150 gift card for NTB services. I just received it and, what a joke! I received coupons! One for a $19.99 oil change, one for $50 off the list price of a service over $250, and, probably the one that makes me feel most special, A FREE BRAKE INSPECTION!
