It was about 3:30 in the afternoon when the tow truck got me to the shop, they immediately took it in and started to work to diagnose the problem. After some time, Travis came over and talked to me about what was going on with my vehicle and he told me that with his diagnostic equipment he really couldn't properly diagnose the problem and recommended that i take it to the Honda dealership. He told me that they could try to guess and keep changing parts but he felt it needed a proper diagnosis. I had to wait for someone to come pick me up and they wouldn't be getting there until after the shop closed but all of the guys told me it wasn't a problem and that I could wait inside and someone would stay until my ride got there. If you are looking for an honest and friendly auto repair shop in Texarkana, I can not recommend this place enough! It's hard to find an honest auto repair shop anymore .

I was expecting my vehicle to be pristine (showroom!) and smell nice. The good: It is cleaner than when we brought it in. The bad: There are still dirty, crusty spots on the seats, I can see dust/dirty spots in the cracks/vents, the carpets are still dirty looking, there's still glitter on the dash and inner door panels, and it smells like dirty mop water.

Air filters changed. A fuel treatment added. I've only had the car for four months. I really perturbed the staff because I kept an eye on what they were doing. They got very grumpy with me because I wanted to watch the work be done. I drove off to find they had over inflated the entire right side of my car by 10 pounds. I would not trust this business at all.
